We had such a wonderful stay at Lisa’s place for the Thanksgiving holiday. Her darling home was as pictured. It was clean and had a well-stocked kitchen supplying everything we needed to fix our turkey meal. The beds were comfortable so we slept well. The home’s layout was perfect for family time together - relaxing & enjoying watching some college football on tv. Lisa included some extra touches to make us feel welcome and right at home. We’d enjoy the chance to stay at Lisa’s home again.

For this review, I will lean on the old truism, "Actions speak louder than words." We have stayed at many lovely homes in Oxford, but Jill's place is our first choice. We just completed our third stay and this is my third review of her home. Absolutely everything is perfect every time. If you're looking for a more detailed review, please refer to my previously written reviews of March 2023 and April 2024. Thank you once again Jill for your hospitality and graciousness. This is our favorite place we’ve stayed in Oxford! Space is new and very well laid-out, we loved the living room and pickleball courts and trails outside. John is very accommodating and friendly, I can’t say enough good things about him and the experience. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Ashley’s place was in a great location, cute neighborhood close to the square! Furniture was comfortable and we loved all the natural light from the windows with the plantation blinds! We spent plenty of time on the front porch swing too. Ashley was great with communication as well! Look forward to staying again.

Courtney is the best host I’ve experienced with Airbnb. Everything was perfect, and she bent over backwards to make sure the house was in excellent condition! I will definitely stay here again or any of her other properties. An amazing stay. A++++

This place was absolutely amazing! The house was wonderful, had everything we needed, just perfect! Check in and out was so easy. Nicholas was amazing! There was a tornado watch while we were there and he went out of his way to let us know! Couldn’t have asked for a better place.

A spacious backyard is bordered by tall greenery, featuring well-maintained grass. A pink slide and two swings are positioned on the left, offering play options. Flowering plants are planted in pots along the garden edges, enriching the outdoor space.

Our host Elle was very responsive and provided wonderful hospitality with thoughtful touches such as light breakfast food(bagels, juice, etc..), a handwritten welcome note with additional information, and just an overall welcoming feeling. The home is in a quiet neighborhood, but you can be on campus at Ole Miss or on the Square in Oxford is 5 min or less. It’s a great location. I highly recommend this home and Elle.

The house is absolutely beautiful and the property is very well manicured. The host was very generous and helpful responding to any and all questions and accommodating our small family wedding. Very grateful and thankful to our host and his family for opening their home to us and letting us enjoy such a beautiful and spacious venue. The pool was our favorite part! And very much enjoyed by the whole family!

The home was super clean and very pet friendly. A great fenced yard for the dogs. Beds and linens were very comfy and the house had plenty of space for humans and dogs to be very comfortable. Super convenient to outstanding restaurants and the cute Oxford Square. Will definitely stay again when we visit next time.

The house was very clean and organized. We didn’t cook, but I know we could have easily prepared a meal there. There’s an electric kettle which was great since we drink a lot of coffee and tea. The beds were surprisingly comfortable and the neighborhood quiet. All around great stay. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in town for a ball tournament!

We stay in airbnbs all over the world and Stephanie has something very special in this Oxford home. Location is great—walkable enough to the square and ole miss. Perfect amount of space for family or multiple couples or girls weekend and everything is truly immaculate. What impressed me most were the thoughtful touches throughout the home—the host has done everything imaginable to consider what a guest might need during a weekend getaway. My husband and I keep saying that we were getting our own ideas for our rental from this weekend stay! The front porch steals the show-particularly the giant porch swing with infinite cozy pillows. So glad this home exists in Oxford and can’t wait to stay again over the next four years!!

Perfect house for any occasion in Oxford. It felt like home away from home. Great living space both inside and outside. Bedrooms were very spacious and bedding was wonderful. Bathrooms were fresh, clean and perfect. The host did a nice job thinking of lots of important amenities. We used the kitchen to cook meals and it worked great to entertain a few friends who came by. Sat by the fire pit both nights. It is gas powered and very easy to operate. The location was perfect!! Next to the Oxford Square, but you have the feeling of being in a small Southern town quiet neighborhood. Would highly recommend this house to anyone visiting Oxford.

What a terrific location and awesome property! We enjoyed our stay here tremendously and will definitely be back in the future. The space is just as described and even more charming in person. The location - above and overlooking the center of town (and a great coffee shop) - makes this property one of a kind. Water Valley is well-suited for no-stress, aimless meanderings through awesome local stores, eateries, and shops. It is also convenient to everything Oxford has to offer. Kagan is on our very short list of top hosts. He is the perfect mix of responsiveness, if needed, and hands-off, relaxed guest service.

We stayed on a football weekend. Location is right between downtown and Ole Miss campus, so a lot of traffic and noise until midnight. We were up late, so that didn’t bother us. We walked to both downtown and the Ole Miss campus. You are paying for the location on this condo. However, it was clean, and nicely decorated. Also had a nice goody bag upon arrival. It worked perfect for our party of 5.

We came for the Morgan Wallen concert. Location was perfect! and the condo was spacious for the six of us. Definitely will stay there again.

My family and I loved our time together at Brooke’s place! Brooke communicated great when poor weather was heading to oxford. We loved the trails behind the condo!
