What a terrific location and awesome property! We enjoyed our stay here tremendously and will definitely be back in the future. The space is just as described and even more charming in person. The location - above and overlooking the center of town (and a great coffee shop) - makes this property one of a kind. Water Valley is well-suited for no-stress, aimless meanderings through awesome local stores, eateries, and shops. It is also convenient to everything Oxford has to offer. Kagan is on our very short list of top hosts. He is the perfect mix of responsiveness, if needed, and hands-off, relaxed guest service.

We only got to stay one night, but we enjoyed our stay nonetheless. Everything was clean and the beds were super comfy. We will be frequenting Oxford over the next several years and if we get another opportunity to stay here, we definitely will.

Great place to stay in Oxford! Would do it again. 5 minutes from Ole Miss campus and walking distance to restaurants.

The condo was new, clean and nicely decorated. It’s a roommate type of layout so perfect to share with friends or family. Parking and getting around was also super easy. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place in a great location!

Wonderful place for our Parent’s Weekend! Very nice, lots of room and space for our family of 6. Super cute and very convenient to everything. On the outskirts of the hustle and bustle but right at the edge so it only took a few minutes to get to downtown and everything else. We will be back!!

The home was super clean and very pet friendly. A great fenced yard for the dogs. Beds and linens were very comfy and the house had plenty of space for humans and dogs to be very comfortable. Super convenient to outstanding restaurants and the cute Oxford Square. Will definitely stay again when we visit next time.

We stayed here for a football weekend. The home was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Jonathan was nice and responsive!

We were traveling up for a parents weekend and daughter’s engagement celebration. The curb appeal of the condo set the tone for a great weekend. Once we got inside, with no issues btw, everything was spotless and we felt right at home. The furniture was super comfy and Chris had instructions clearly for the WiFi and other amenities! Chris was super responsive on check-in and had no issues whatsoever all weekend. Only other time we had to reach to Chris was to thank him for a wonderful place to stay.

Very friendly host. House was amazing. We are from South Carolina n i co run a boxing promotion called true fight series, so i travel down here alot.... like more then i should prob. But this waa by far the best place ive ever stayed going out of town anywhere.. i highly recommend.. i brought 2 fighters n my 2 event staff along with myself n there was plenty of room for everyone.. loved it thank you very much i hope to use this location again in the future..

The house was beautifully decorated and perfectly clean. It is walkable to the popular restaurants, bars and shops on the square, so we walked to a great restaurant the first night. The friendly and accommodating hosts communicated in advance which helped us make plans and get checked in quick and easy. Amenities like chargers, fresh soft towels and new and clean appliances were abundant and included a Keurig with several k-cup pods. The bedrooms were large and the beds were very comfortable with plenty of pillows and bedding. I definitely hope to get to stay here again.

I almost hate to share, as this genuinely is the perfect gem, and we want to keep it to ourselves! Perfect location, quiet but walkable to everything Oxford, spotless home and well laid out. We traveled with 2 adult children and everyone had their own space. The home had every possible “extra” needed, as it was thoughtfully well-stocked. We will definitely stay here every single time we can.

We came to Oxford for our daughter's Admitted Day at Ole Miss. David's place was perfect and we enjoyed our time there. It had everything we needed for our visit. It was only a 10 minute drive to the Campus and downtown, which was nice. David and his wife gave us a list of restaurants and places to see while in town, which was very helpful. They were great hosts and we hope to stay their again if our daughter chooses Ole Miss as her college. Thanks, Robin

Teresa was great at replying quickly with any questions we had! Will definitely stay there again in the future! It has easy access to hwy 6 to get to campus! Easy short drive to restaurants and shopping!

Such a great spot! Chad was beyond helpful. Dark, quiet bedroom, and the BEDS are so comfortable. We appreciated the thoughtful touches like coffee pods and creamer, and the little basket of snacks. We would love to stay here again. Thanks for everything!

My family and I loved our time together at Brooke’s place! Brooke communicated great when poor weather was heading to oxford. We loved the trails behind the condo!

The place was very cute and clean. Prefect for my weekend stay. Burton was an amazing, So friendly. responsive and informative and put me at ease to travel 12 hours from home! WIll book again if my daughter ends up attending Ole Miss!!!!
