Very calm place for relax, there is a housekeeping lady very friendly and helpful

Stayed a week with my wife and our (big) dog. Frankie was an awesome communicator, quick to reply to any message or query. When we arrived Frankie met us as soon as we got out of the car, huge smile and ensuring that we were ok. Frankie and Lek were super responsive to our dog, big pats and big smiles. We had a heap of bags and Frankie and Lek immediately helped to carry them up the single flight of stairs. When we got to the room, wow, so beautifully presented, clean and airy, lots of room and everything we could possibly need. The apartment is fresh and presents as new, easy to make yourself very comfortable! We couldn’t believe how clean our room would be after being made up by Lek, it was as if we had never been there! I highly recommend Asia Apartments and comment Frankie on presenting such well presented and affordable accommodation. Just a short walk to the beach, local markets and 2 7/11’s down the road, as well as so many restaurant choices! We will definitely stay again!

Jackie's place is great. The condo is new and stylish, plus the view! The room was nice, best for 2. But if you have more people like I did, it also fit. You will enjoy staying here. It is better if you have your own transportation. I'd recommend this place if you come to visit pattaya.

Strand is nice host. Condo is very comfortable and quiet and clean. His accommodation was quiet and clean. He was kind and answered questions promptly. Their family had a bright smile and kindness to feel good when checking in and out. I will stay at his condo once more.

Had a wonderful and peaceful stay-cation here. Amazing pool, and very clean and quiet room with microwave and utensils for eating-in. Great aircon and big firm bed. Room is more suited to vacation/staycation for 1-2 people than a work-cation (no table to work off and hotspot style internet). It is a bit far from downtown or central beach area, which suited me fine, because I wanted the quiet. It was super easy to order a Grab Car or food/groceries, though, when I needed. There’s no washing machine, but 24/7 laundrette is 2 mins walk down the road next to both a 7-Eleven and Family Mart. A couple of delicious local street store pad thai, soup noodles etc here also (though there’s a few street dogs wandering around, which mostly mind their own business, but be careful if you have young children). Had a wonderful stay here, and owner was always available on SNS to answer any queries or concerns promptly. Thank you!

Williams place at base is perfect if you want to be right in the middle of everything. Quick walk to beach, night markets, restaurants, supermarkets and anything you need easily to find. Super responsive host which is highly appreciated as it made check in / out effortless. Highly recommend booking here if it is available.

The host should be Russian, the people are very welcoming, the check-in environment is nice, the surrounding is quiet, the staff is also very good, there is a problem to solve it at any time, go out to the beach for a few minutes, you can take a double car to Pattaya Walking Street or Jomtien Beach, transportation is very convenient.In particular, you can get to Pattaya to Su-Nawampo, which is 10 minutes away.The pharmacy near the accommodation is more affordable than other places, there are 711 and night market outside, the accommodation is worth recommending, great value for money.

The place is in the middle of everything on bike. What I really liked is that the the room stays cool enough even when ac turned off.

Enjoyed my stay, it is a very nice condo with a beautiful view and nice shower. The host was very pleasant. I was taken back a bit after checkout. Not only did I not receive my 3000 baht deposit, I had to pay an additional 1200 baht for “electric usage”. Not sure if airBNB differs country to country but I have never had to pay any additional fee for electricity. Nevertheless, overall it was a great experience. Just would like more clarity on additional fees prior to booking. 4200 baht is excessive.
