This is my fifth time staying here and I will keep coming back because of the apartment view and proper room size vs. price offered

had a good time good facilities both pools were good and the gym was ok .never had any problems

Amazing experience in Pattaya B&B, the Host couple is super warm, can communicate in Chinese ~ The host couple is a perfect example of a host. When I first saw the wife's warm smile, it instantly dispelled the tiredness of the trip.Thoughtfully provided ice water and instant noodles, the check-in process was simple and fast, patiently guided throughout the process, and meticulously explained the surrounding food, drink and entertainment information, as if we were friends from afar, not just guests.We encountered questions during our daily travels, and they responded enthusiastically to our questions at the first opportunity, which made us feel at ease. The homestay itself, the swimming pool is super photogenic, and when you step into the room, a cozy and comfortable atmosphere welcomes you.The layout of the room is clever, the use of space is reasonable, and every detail reveals the Host's care.🈶Board games, billiards and mahjong!!The furniture is exquisite and of high quality, the bed is soft and comfortable, the room decoration combines local characteristics with modern design, the colors are harmonious, and there is also a panda tree in the room!Fill the entire space with an artistic atmosphere, and every shot is a beautiful blockbuster. Here, we not only had a comfortable stay, but also felt the hospitality and care of the host couple.I highly recommend this homestay to every friend who comes to Pattaya. I believe you will be as intoxicated as we are by the warmth and beauty of this home!

This is a small paradise. The sea view and sunset are very good. The nearby local restaurants are great. The supermarket Lotus is 2 minutes away. There are more than 100 shops selling various items such as seafood, meat, and vegetables at the traditional market, which is 7 minutes away. I'll go to this accommodation 100% the next time I visit Sichara.

Our stay was a home away from home. The host was very responsive. This a location perfect for a family or a quiet getaway. You are have 5 minutes away from traditional Thai/Korean/Japanese family run restaurants. Also 15 minutes from malls and sriracha nightlife. If you need to go to Bangkok (1 hour away) or Pattaya (25 minutes), it’s very easy to navigate to toll road. This place is basically centrally located if you need to go in any direction. Keep in mind this is not in the city but you are close enough to anything you want or need to do. Highly recommend a car or at a minimum motorbike. Just want to give the security guards credit for being very friendly and helpful. Overall if you are in town for business it’s a great place. It’s a modern Thai house with western enmities. The price is accurate for the space and area.

A lovely place to stay that is peaceful outside the bustle of Bangkok city, the on-site Onsen is so good and much apprecaited. I look forward to visiting again soon.

I had an incredible stay at Michael’s place in Pattaya! The view was absolutely stunning, and the rooftop pool was sensational – the perfect spot to relax and take it all in. The location was super convenient, close to everything I needed. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Pattaya!

As soon as you pass the entry door you will feel at home. The house is great, clean, very bright and situated in a dead end street so you are sure you will no noise. The pool is perfect, the kitchen has more than you need: oven, air fryer, mixer, coffee drip machine and all you need to cook. The rooms are big and there is a lot of space to hangout and enjoy the house facilities. The pool is hidden, so that's great for intimacy and you have 7/11 stores open 24 hours just 3 min walking distance. This house made us feel at home and Poom and her husband made us feel comfortable since the beginning. They were also very flexible on arrival and departure times, that was perfect for us. I highly recommend the house, you are a little outside Pattaya's center but close the Mab Prachan area which has plenty of International highly recommended Restaurant's. You will definitely have a perfect and unforgettable stay at this house.
