Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Lady Bird Lake

I had a great stay here. Austin is responsive and ready with neighborhood recommendations. The location is awesome - with a convenience store/cafe right next door which was great for grabbing beverages, snacks, etc. There are a number of restaurants and food trucks within a few minutes walk on 11th st. It's about a 10 minute walk south to 6th st if you're looking for a busier area. Overall, I loved the location and would recommended to anyone wanting to stay in the city. Thanks Austin!

I had a great stay at this Airbnb! The place was spotless—super clean and well-maintained, which made it feel really comfortable and welcoming. One of the best parts was how easy it was to access—being on the first floor made coming and going a breeze. Everything was just as described, and I’d definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

I spent almost 2 months staying in the apartment. It has an excellent location, strong and quick to cool AC, and plenty quiet apartment complex. Beyond maybe some miscellaneous silverware, the kitchen had everything I needed to cook and eat. Although I usually brought home takeout from the yummy restaurants around Austin! One additional benefit, the driverless Waymo cars pick up in that neighborhood and take you all around downtown. Super fun!

Made my first visit to Austin wonderful despite the power outage caused by inclement weather. Delightful neighborhood I would return to again. Thanks for all the recommendations too. Having a Whole Foods within walking distance was perfect. Perfect 10 place to stay ❤️

Cannon's place was a great place for our quick stay in Austin!

We had a great time over in Austin at this place, visiting for work. It afforded the team enough space to get work done and be in and out for meetings. Ubers readily available, great view of the city and had everything we needed for a great stay.

This charming apartment is beautifully and functionally furnished and is a wonderful respite while visiting Austin and taking in all the amazing sights, sounds, and tastes of Texas! The living, dining, and kitchen area make a cozy space to hang out, eat and watch TV. The bathroom, bedroom and closet/dressing area are comfortable, quiet, and great for a good night’s sleep. The apartment is in a quaint neighborhood with good parking and very close to everything that brings people to this wonderful city. We plan on staying again on future visits and would not hesitate to recommend this property! Thank you Sonia.

Our trip was wonderful! The place was lovely and the few issues we did have were addressed quickly. We did bring a sound machine and ear plugs just to be proactive and the sound machine was a lifesaver at night to drown out loud upstairs neighbors, but that was a minor issue when the trade off was getting to walk to Barton springs every morning 3 minutes away. We loved the natural light and enjoyed the ac as well!

Loved our stay! Super walkable but still located in a quiet neighborhood. We really enjoyed checking out the local spots recommended by the hosts. House was super cute, clean and had all the amenities you’d need. Hosts even messaged to check in on us after a heavy storm passed through, would definitely recommend this stay for anyone wanting to visit Austin!

Christopher’s Place was the first spot I ever stayed in Austin, and it set the bar. Though it’s a studio, it feels spacious, beautiful, and has everything you need — truly unmatched at its price point. I’ve explored other options as I’ve traveled to Austin for work, but nothing compares. Christopher has even added upgrades like a workstation with a monitor, making it ideal for work-from-home stays. It’s become a favorite for me and my pups, and I’ll keep coming back as long as he’ll have us!

We had a great stay here for a bachelorette party! Great location, very responsive, flexible, and easy-going host. A smidge tight for 8 people but honestly with low-maintenance girls it's absolutely doable. The house was maintained very well. Sleeper-sofa was may more comfortable than I would have guessed. Overall, an excellent experience - would recommend!

Unfortunately, my husband and I were unable to stay at Carole’s for the duration of the trip. She was a gracious host and was able to work with us to refund our trip after having to cancel for personal reasons. Carole’s listing is in a wonderful location, well maintained and very thoughtful details for guests traveling from all over with a list of recommendations!

We had a lovely time at Annette’s place. The location is perfect for exploring Austin, lots of walkable places but also an easy uber into the city. The place is exactly as described, small and homely but plenty of space for a couple over a few nights. There is plenty of off street parking and it’s a very safe neighbourhood. The kitchen is well equipped for staying in and cooking. Great spot to explore Austin, from a nice neighbourhood.

Had a great time at Ira’s place in Austin! The location is great and you can sometimes hear the music from a backyard concert venue.

Great place to stay. Easy to find, access to downtown , restaurants and priya does an amazing job at communicating. The place is clean, just a great place to be

I had a great time, liked the location, there are lots of coffee shops, lovely restaurants, markets, bars at walking distance. There’s a trail access 2 min away from the airbnb. Beautiful apartment in 11th floor with good view. The only downside was that it was advertised as a having two beds and in reality is only a one bedroom with a normal bed and then a sleeper sofa, which had a very slim and uncomfortable mattress, but I was able to communicate this with Himesh and he was very responsive and allowed me to borrow a memory foam layer topper to place on the mattress. The other feedback I had was to include more information in the listing regarding parking, we learned until we got there that the building only offers valet parking at $40 nightly fee, if we wanted to park our car we had to look for parking in the area, which was challenging due to construction and not many options.

Fabulous location, walkable to restaurants and shopping. Cute clean neighborhood. Comfy bed and pillows. Wish there was water pressure in the bathroom sink but that was a very minor inconvenience, the shower did have good pressure. I would definitely stay here again.

The photos don’t do the apartment justice. It’s so much bigger. Ayanna is a great host. Always there to answer any question or provide assistance. The location of the apartment is amazing too. Literally steps away from Rainey Street. Lady Bird Lake is also right there. The overall experience exceeded expectations. The apartment was perfect in every way. The gym was fully equipped and the pool on the roof was the perfect way to spend a few hours soaking up the sun after a day exploring the city. I would highly recommend this apartment and will definitely be back

Our stay in this lovely and comfortable apartment in Austin was excellent. It's very well located, close to many restaurants we walked to, and in a safe, friendly area. The apartment is very comfortable for a couple and also very clean and tidy. The kitchen is also very well-equipped, with excellent quality dishes, cutlery, and pots. It has two types of coffee machines: a Nespresso and a 5-cup electric coffee maker. We had complimentary coffee, delicious teas, milk, sugar, salt, etc. for our use. The bathroom is also fully equipped with everything. We really liked that the owner provided everything with plastic organizers so everything was organized and labeled. Very good Wi-Fi, and TVs in the living room and bedroom. We felt very happy in this apartment and at home!
