A short walk to restaraunts, bars, trails, paddle boarding, swimming, arts, museums, theaters, etc. High speed google fiber internet will provide a wonderful work or entertainment environment in this mid century modern home. April 2025: The neighbors in the back have started constructing a new home which creates some noise. Please take this into account when booking.

We also have private off street dedicated parking and are located in one of the top areas in Austin. Just 4 blocks from the famous Franklin bbq, paperboy, moody center etc. this is a great, centrally located spot for exploring the city.
