A portion of a semi-detached house, Villa Caini, is immersed in the beautiful Umbrian countryside. It is strategically located between Lake Trasimeno and Perugia and a few kilometers from the highway exit, useful for reaching the main cultural, food and wine and landscape centers of Umbria. It is also located in a position sheltered from the chaos of the nearby town where there are bars, supermarkets, pizzerias, and pharmacies, to spend days in total relaxation with family or friends.

Out-of-town workshop

Located on the outskirts of Perugia, the apartment was obtained by restoring a typical Umbrian stone and brick house on the edge of a small private grove. Large living room, an "open space" with original terracotta and stone floors and arches, where the living area, lounge and kitchenette coexist in well-defined spaces. Large, bright, functional space with an all-Umbrian view, surrounded by the vast vineyard, centuries-old olive groves, enchanting landscapes, large garden and other magnificent plants. 10 km from the historic center of Perugia and 10 km from Lake Trasimeno.

The apartment, panoramic and very bright, is located in Corso Bersaglieri (Borgo Sant’Antonio), within the ancient medieval walls of the city, a few minutes walk from the Cathedral of San Lorenzo. I chose to furnish it using some objects from the ancient Umbrian peasant tradition to make you live the authentic experience of the Umbrian village. You will be able to park in Viale Sant'Antonio or park for free in the guarded car park with my card.

Casa teatro is an elegant apartment located inside a prestigious building in the heart of Orvieto's historic center, a few steps from Piazza del Popolo and the city's most important tourist sites.
