This is a beautiful, brand new, and pristine house. The location is perfect, close to Meredith. It’s a very short drive to Fun Spot and a close walk to the neighborhood beach. Very clean and modern. A great stay!

This was a perfect place for our sister’s trip! We were arriving late & Kristen kindly left the light on. The Niche was clean, roomy, & comfortable. We especially enjoyed Flume Gorge for a spectacular hike. The waterfalls were endless! Also, the town of N. Woodstock was so worth it for dinner options. The entire White Mountain area is beautiful.

What an incredible home! It was spotless and instantly felt welcoming—just like being at home. The house was thoughtfully stocked with a wide range of amenities, including baby gear, cleaning supplies, and pantry staples. Shannon and Matt were very responsive when we had a question during our stay. The views were stunning, and although there were neighbors nearby, it still felt peaceful and secluded. Conveniently located close to grocery stores, restaurants, and anything else you might need. I would recommend to anyone. We are already looking forward to coming back!

Great place to stay with family and/or friends. lots of room to stretch out and enjoy the space. Everything was very clean and well organized. The host was very responsive answering a few questions that I had. Two thumbs up for sure

My sister and I were interested in a spending very relaxing weekend in a cozy setting where we could unplug and recharge from the stresses of our every day lives and this place really fit the bill. The setting is lovey and the antique home is filled with charm. We were lucky enough to choose a peak foliage weekend and the views out of the enormous windows were breathtaking. The area itself is also filled with New England charm and lots of places to explore. It all went by too fast but the weekend was exactly what we needed. Out hosts were wonderful. We had absolutely everything we needed. I would definitely recommend staying with them in the very private space attached to their home. We definitely plan to stay again!

This place was very spacious! It’s bigger than it looks in the pictures. Korene greeting us and was very friendly and helpful. The house was clean and in a great location. Close enough to downtown concord that you can walk. 10/10 recommend!

Amazing location with an unbeatable view, adorable old farm house, and the sweetest barnyard animals & big, hairy "coos" - what more could you ask for!?! It was such a joy getting to know the personalities of each of the smaller farm friends. They are all such lovable characters! And the hosts were wonderful as well, very friendly and welcoming.

Spacious and clean, with lots of character. Loved the sounds of the frogs at night. I would stay there again.

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay at Nancy’s beautiful home! The house was tastefully decorated, spotless, and filled with thoughtful touches like handpicked flowers, delicious snacks, and a bottle of wine. It’s conveniently located near hiking trails—we especially enjoyed exploring White Mountain. There are also fantastic restaurants nearby, so you’ll have plenty of great dining options. We absolutely loved our stay and can’t wait to return!

Darla and Tyler were Great. The Cottage couldn't have been better. The view from their balcony was amazing. Parking was right in front of the front door, so convenient. We will definitely be back here in the future. They really made us feel welcomed. Thank you Darla and Tyler for a Great Stay

Great, cozy place to stay!

My husband and I stayed for a month at Amanda's place and it was modern and very clean. I'm a bit of a clean freak and allergic to pet dander, so I only stay in places that don't allow pets. The condo has every amenity you could imagine - from a Weber grill to beach chairs to an instant pot. And if you don't want to cook there are plenty of places to eat within walking distance. Her condo was exactly as she described and as she showed in the pictures. The view of the lake from the front deck is breathtaking and the back deck faces a private wooded area. We spent many mornings having our coffee overlooking the lake and watching the boats go by. There's also plenty of space to work remotely including a private office area on the ground floor. There are 6 units in the condo complex and we met several of the neighbors who were lovely, considerate people. If you're considering a stay in the lakes region, look no further. This is the place.

This has become our favorite place to stay! Excellent host. Beautiful location and amenities. Clean as can be. Absolutely no complaints - highly recommend!

Had a great stay here! We came up for my birthday weekend and shopped in Lincoln, Woodstock and Littleton. We ate at Rek-Lis Brewing in Bethlehem. Hiked Mt. Lafayette which was about a 15 min drive! Rick’s place was great, bed was comfortable, and water pressure in the shower was great. Only thing is that the hot water didn’t last long enough for a second shower. Overall, we would be back!!!

The place was great, it had everything I needed for my stay, and I was very comfortable there. My only complaint would be that people in other units could be loud enough to hear sometimes.

Absolutely lovely place ! We would definitely recommend it. Very clean and easy to find with a great view! Understandable that people can’t go into private docks and property we just wished there had been a place to sit outside by the water - the view is spectacular and none of us had even heard of Badgers Island before - next time we want to walk the island a bit more than we did! Highly recommend!
