The house is beautiful and the views are just breathtaking. From inside the house, you get a beautiful view of the lake and then the porch is amazing. You can kayak, use the paddle board or use the canoe. You can also sit by the lake and enjoy the campfire. The surroundings are very beautiful and peaceful. The host is very responsive, solved all our doubts and was flexible with us during check-in and check-out, which we appreciated very much. At check-in, we were greeted by a great bottle of wine and chocolates, which was a great touch. The house also has a ping pong table, books to read and board games. The kitchen was well stocked with the basics. We had an amazing stay, we highly recommend this property :)

We had a fantastic stay at Mercedes' home in Lincoln. Everything was spotless and well-prepared upon our arrival. The space was even larger than the photos suggested, providing plenty of room for our family. Each bedroom having its own bathroom was a huge plus, making our stay even more comfortable. Mercedes was incredibly responsive and flexible, which was especially helpful with our little ones. The location was perfect—right in town and just a six-minute drive to Loon. The game room in the basement was a fantastic bonus that everyone enjoyed. Thank you, Mercedes, for a wonderful stay!

Staying here is always a joy for the entire family! It has become an annual tradition that we all look forward to in winter. Thank you for being so accommodating with our schedule and a special thanks to Mitchell for going the extra mile to snow blow a waking path for me and the dogs to keep our daily routine of visiting the horses, after the last storm brought over 13” of snow. This house was great for a ski weekend with friends and our dog. We were able to cook together and hang out after a long day on the slopes.

This is a very special house, and Ashley was a responsive and gracious host. The setting here is spectacular, with sweeping views of the lake. Very quiet and private. The interior is well appointed, much more so than a typical rental. We loved the hot tub and sitting by the fireplace (plenty of cured firewood). We stayed three nights and could easily have stayed more. Our expectations were high and they were exceeded.

Erin's place was the best Airbnb place I've stayed in since I became a member over 10 years ago! I cannot say enough wonderful things about it honestly, from the most comfortable bed imaginable (I took a picture of the mattress and pillows and bought them!) to the kitchen amenities and the most GORGEOUS views! I went there as a retreat from hectic Boston life and it was so peaceful I was ready to book another stay soon!

This house was perfect for a weekend getaway. James was responsive and checked in and out was super easy. The house was super clean and has everything needed. Waterfront with access to kayaks. Great for fishing and boating, lovely nature surroundings. Very peaceful. Quiet neighborhood and private. Close to Laconia and about an hour to Conway. Great stay. Would definitely recommend. We plan to go back!!

Michael was a great host! My boyfriend and I were in Meredith for a wedding down the street. We enjoyed our stay in this home. Location is private and peaceful. Walkable to main roads to get to and from. Everything was a 5-10 minute walk or a 2-3 minute drive. Michael’s home looks just like the pictures, it’s easy to find and access to get inside. We had our own balcony to use to have meals or just to sit out and have a drink. Highly recommend staying here.

The home was exactly as in pictures and a perfect location for going to a concert at the bank of NH pavilion. The host was very responsive and provided many amenities, which were very much appreciated! There were so many nice touches which made our stay more enjoyable.

We went to Steven’s home on Lake Winnisquam for our daughter’s graduation. The house is direct lake front, stunning panoramic views! The home is beautiful, updated and tastefully decorated. The kitchen is fully stocked, the washer/dryer convenient on main floor. Gas fireplace chased away coolness of the spring mornings and creates cozy ambiance. Comfy furniture! On the roomy screened porch the furniture is excellent quality. There is a drink fridge and ice maker on the porch for your convenience. The baths and bedrooms were immaculate. We appreciated full size beds. The neighbors are friendly and had a smile when we walked our dog or drove to the house. Great parking spaces, beautiful lawn area with firepit, seating space under the porch, gas grill, private dock, kayaks and more. Lake is pristine. Steven responds very quickly to inquiries and is a top notch host! Great coffee/tea station, thoughtful amenities! Will come again in a heartbeat!

My family and I recently attended a show at the Bank NH Pavilion and were looking for somewhere to stay. Jason's home was the perfect spot. It was nestled onto the side of a hill, with absolutely stunning views of the lake from both the master bedroom and the first floor balcony. Jason was super responsive to questions and concerns from the moment we booked. Additionally his home was like staying at a 5 star resort. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need from utensils to pots/pans. The entertainment center had streaming service and loads of board games. There were plenty of towels and extra linens. We truly did not have to worry about anything inside of the home. I will definitely be staying with this host again!

My friend and I needed a night to escape traffic & the busy life. We had such a great experience here! It's in a great location, walking distance to the river. Super close to the covered bridge and waterfall. The rooms are clean and adorable, the yard is comfortable and the hot tub was perfection! We will be here again!

The Pancake House was the perfect getaway! Peaceful, relaxing, comfortable, and charming! The house is better than the photos can show, and offered plenty of space for fun and relaxation. We enjoy evenings by the fire after enjoying the sunset on the lake!
