Vacation rentals with lake access in Laconia

I just wanted to take a moment to share how grateful I am for the incredible hospitality shown by Joe and AB during my recent visit to New Hampshire. From the moment I arrived, they went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. Their attention to detail, warmth, and genuine care made my stay truly unforgettable. Joe and AB are extraordinary hosts — thoughtful, attentive, and full of local knowledge that made my experience even richer. Whether it was offering helpful tips, ensuring I had everything I needed, or simply creating a relaxing, inviting environment, they made me feel right at home. Thank you both for making my graduation trip so special. I can’t wait to visit again!

This is a beautiful, brand new, and pristine house. The location is perfect, close to Meredith. It’s a very short drive to Fun Spot and a close walk to the neighborhood beach. Very clean and modern. A great stay!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was beautiful with a great view and access to the beach! Everything was clean, and Chris was quick and proactive with communication. We only wish we could have stayed longer!

From the moment we drove up and upon entering this beautiful place we felt like we were in our own "Happy Place". This is a place we would love to build for ourselves someday. Morning coffee & tea on the dock was very peaceful overlooking Paugus Bay and the fall foliage was very Beautiful. Christine and Corey are wonderful hosts and this was the second time we have rented one of their homes; we will definitely be back again to both locations and have been highly recommending them to our friends. What an incredible home! It was spotless and instantly felt welcoming—just like being at home. The house was thoughtfully stocked with a wide range of amenities, including baby gear, cleaning supplies, and pantry staples. Shannon and Matt were very responsive when we had a question during our stay. The views were stunning, and although there were neighbors nearby, it still felt peaceful and secluded. Conveniently located close to grocery stores, restaurants, and anything else you might need. I would recommend to anyone. We are already looking forward to coming back!

We had a great extended long weekend stay at Karen’s!! The place was warm & inviting- perfect for a colder than anticipated Memorial Day Weekend — we took advantage of the pellet stove and were still able to take in awesome lake views from the comfort of the living room. Our young girls had a blast “swimming” in the large jacuzzi bath tub and playing/ sleeping on the bunk beds in one of the bedrooms. We did manage to get out on our boat which was easy to dock at the slip associated with the rental. No fish caught this time around but still fun trying. The location of Karen’s place is awesome- very close/ walking distance to tasty restaurants & public boat launch. We cooked most of our own meals & were grateful for the well stocked kitchen as well as having a grocery store less than 5 min away. Karen was a fantastic host with quick response times from time of booking & then following checkout ensuring that our stay was as seamless as possible. We hope to return in the future! 😊

Great location

We can't say enough about how great this apartment was for us and how great Sandy and Tom are both as hosts and as people! Sandy is very accommodating and makes her guests feel so welcome by providing everything they might need (and also things they didn't know they needed but were glad to have!). The unit is well stocked and furnished very comfortably. The location by the lake is beautiful and it's so convenient to be right on the lake and also a short walk into town (and an even shorter drive). Our daughter and granddaughter had a lot of fun on the 2 paddle boards, and we used the canoe as well to explore the lake. There are plenty of chairs to sit by the lake, and it was really nice to sit around the firepit in the evening. We hope we'll have the opportunity to go back to Meredith and stay with Sandy and Tom again.

This is the kind of airbnb I'm excited to visit and support -- really lovely, cozy place with a lot of character and everything we needed to make ourselves at home for a week. The proximity to Chocorua is fantastic and it's a good spring board to the lakes region & and the White Mountains. Becky is fantastic - super friendly, responsive, and kind. The wifi was strong enough for me to work there for a few days and we had all the supplies we needed to cook for ourselves. The only issue was the road noise, which was pretty loud during the day, but thankfully quieter in the nights.

This condo was impeccably maintained and was very clean. Even the sheets smelt brand new! We were very pleased with our stay! We had an issue with our tv and the owners were on FaceTime with us late at night to try and rectify the issue without hesitation. 100% would stay here again.

The place was great. It is right on a river and walking path and very close to town. The amenities were great. The place was clean, and Ruth was extremely responsive.

Our stay at Tim & Joanne’s was great! We’d highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in this area. The hosts are very friendly, accommodating, and responsive. Anytime we had a question they were quick to help. The place itself is very cozy and we felt very comfy. The only thing we wish is it were a bit closer to Mt. Abram, which is where we were skiing, but that only applies to our situation. Overall it was a great place to stay with great hosts!

This is my second time staying here. Brian was an incredible host and super responsive. He also provided recommendations and made the stay so enjoyable and easy! The apartment is as pictured and as described. Highly recommend.

we had the most peaceful and relaxing time. The cottage was adorable, clean and had everything you needed. The beds are so comfortable we have never slept so good away from home. the views of the lake are gorgeous 😍 we will be back for sure. The host was amazing as well giving recommendations of whats in the area and a sweet welcome basket.

Absolutely loved my time here. Wish I was still sitting on the deck watching the loons! Beautiful, peaceful location. House has everything we needed, and it was very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place, and I hope to stay here again someday.

Loved our stay at this peaceful lake. The house is perfect- cozy and has everything you need. We loved paddleboarding and the access to cute downtown North Conway is ideal!

It rained 4 of the 6 days we were here so spent a lot of extra time in the house and loved our experience. The area is beautiful, but what we most appreciated was the extras she had in the house. When travelling it is hard to pack the extra niceties, but there we lots of extras like bug spray, Band-Aids, books, puzzles, access to premium streaming channels, umbrella.

Really incredible cabin! It’s cute - homey and private! Such cute touches! Sadly it rained and we didn’t get to enjoy the water , but it still had a cute indoor space overlooking the water, great tunes and played games they had! It was a great get away! Don’t cancel because of rain.. it was delightful! Great local eatery too !! Highly recommend Stark Tavern.. Very friendly area! Will be back we enjoyed our time! Thank you for hosting!

The cottage was excellent! Exactly what we needed to ski and explore the White Mountains. Very comfortable and cozy.

This space is functional, cute, and clean. There are clear instructions throughout and the host communicated well. The location is excellent too - just a short walk to the beach. The beach itself is very small but cute and convenient. And the house is well stocked (cookware, blankets, etc). Overall, we had a great stay, it's a great deal, and we'd happily stay there again! The only SMALL caveat is that there are house rules, including that you're expecting to clean up after yourselves (not allowed to eat or drink in the living room, asked to strip beds, start a load of laundry, start the dishwasher, take the trash and recycling out before you leave). This is in addition to a cleaning fee. This is common for AirBnBs and was fine for our group! We'd be happy to stay there again, it's just worth mentioning that you should make sure you have time for that on check out day. Even with the cleaning fee, this is a great deal and I highly recommend this house!
