Unser 85m2 großes Ferienhaus besteht aus einem großen Wohn-, Küchen- und Essbereich im EG, sowie 2 Doppel-Schlafzimmern mit je eigenem Duschbad im OG. Unser Ferienhaus ist Baujahr 2017. Es ist hell, geräumig, gemütlich und hochwertig ausgestattet. Jedes Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein eigenes Badezimmer - TV/Sat ist in jedem Zimmer vorhanden. Waschmaschine und Wäschetrockner steht auch zur Verfügung. Internetzugang per WLAN ist selbstverständlich.

I’ve been to Daphne’s burg Boutique apartment for the second time, last year in Hirsch, this year in Fluss apartment. Fluss is also a nice place to stay at for 3-4 people if you are skiing in Obertauern. The kitchen is very well equipped, the skibus stop is just a few minutes walk.

I had a great stay at this apartment! It was spacious, located in a quiet area, and very clean. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything needed for food preparation, including plates and plenty of utensils. My children enjoyed the numerous board games available, which was a nice touch. I also found the old furniture quite interesting and full of character. I appreciated that the apartment was designed for living, not just for renting - truly in the spirit of Airbnb. While the furnishings and overall style could be a bit more modern, the price-to-quality ratio was excellent. Communication with the host was smooth and efficient - we wrote in different languages (she in German, I in English), but Airbnb’s automatic translation worked perfectly. Overall, a very pleasant stay - highly recommended!

Das Haus befindet sich oben auf dem Berg mit einem atemberaubenden Blick auf den See. Die Fahrt dorthin war angenehm und bot spektakuläre Ausblicke auf die umliegende Landschaft. Die Unterkunft war komplett ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht, im Zimmer waren unzählige Decken, Kissen und einer Fülle von Handtüchern. Sowie in der Küche waren sogar Gewürze vorhanden. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Gastgeberin Katharina, die uns jeden Morgen mit einem strahlenden Lächeln begrüßte und uns mit wertvollen Tipps für Aktivitäten und Sehenswürdigkeiten versorgte. Außerdem gab es eine Vielzahl von Broschüren und Karten für Wanderungen und Unternehmungen. Abends hatten wir viel Spaß mit den vorhandenen Gesellschaftsspielen. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis dieser Unterkunft ist unschlagbar, vor allem angesichts des unglaublichen Ausblicks und der gebotenen Annehmlichkeiten. Wir können dieses Erlebnis nur wärmstens empfehlen. Vielen Dank für alles und freuen uns auf ein zweites mal!

Seeboden je nádherné miesto na oddych. My sme vyskúšali počas nášho pobytu niekoľko lyžiarskych stredísk. V dome nás bolo ubytovaných 13 ľudí. Dom bol priestranný, každá rodina obývala jedno podlažie. Každý si našiel svoje súkromie, keď sme chceli byť spolu, spoločenská miestnosť bola na to ako stvorená. Kuchyňa bola vybavená dokonale, čokoľvek by ste potrebovali, určite to tam nájdete. Takisto kúpeľne. Oceňujeme promptnú komunikáciu s ubytovateľom. Počas pobytu sme mali problém s teplou vodou, ihneď sme kontaktovali domácich a tí sa snažili problém riešiť pomocou inštalatéra. Aj napriek oprave bola voda iba vlažná. Požiadali sme domácich o čiastočnú refundáciu za túto nepríjemnosť. Tých táto situácia naozaj mrzela a zaujímali sa o to, ako sa máme. Sme si vedomí, že za vzniknutý problém nemohli. Aj napriek tejto skúsenosti sa do Seeboden radi vrátime aj nabudúce a odporučíme toto ubytovanie aj ostatným.
