This place was a real find. It is quiet and centrally located. Twelve minute walk from the metro, 4 minute walk from a major supermarket, one minute from a major park. This place is exceptionally well-maintained. The host is very responsive, and seems quite compassionate and helpful. The place is quiet and clean. What I like best about it is all the little touches that make up this place, because the host takes pride in keeping this place beautiful. What more can you ask for?

I had a wonderful stay at Walid’s place! The apartment was fantastic — very spacious, clean, and fully equipped with everything you could need. Walid was a great host: friendly, attentive, and thoughtful with every detail. The only minor drawbacks were that the unit is located on the fourth floor with no elevator, which can be challenging if you have heavy luggage (as was my case), and the laundry, which is shared and not in the best condition. However, overall, I would 100% recommend staying here. The hospitality, comfort, and attention to detail were truly outstanding. A 10/10 experience!

Great place to stay, we stayed for 2 months and cooked food and had a pet cat with us. We had a great time, Austin was very helpful whenever we asked for any help. Highly recommended.

The studio is really spotless and clean (exactly as described on the listing), the location too is perfect (close to several buses and right next to the Saint-Henri metro), several restaurants, cafeterias, shops nearby in particular , communication was excellent, Zoelie is always available and very responsive to messages. I recommend it!
