The place was very large and very nice! A kind of apartment but in the basement! I loved being there and my next visits will be there, that's for sure!

This was the nicest Airbnb apartment that we have visited to date. We were welcomed by Bertrand’s neighbors, PuiYee and Chantal who let us in early and provided us daily with produce from their own garden as well as freshly grounded coffee and berry’s. We were on the lookout for the aurora and they informed us on the predictions and gave us the websites to look at all the real time data. Bertrand, PuiYee and Chantal were very friendly and gave us some background information on their place and advised us on several activities. 5/5, would love to come back sometime

We stayed in this lovely home from May 22 to 26, traveling as two families with a small child. The main purpose of our trip was hiking, and this house was a perfect base. The home is extremely comfortable: two floors, four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a spacious living area. Everything was clean, fully equipped, and thoughtfully arranged. We especially enjoyed the verandas for breakfast and evening tea. Big thanks for the baby high chair — it made things easy. The garden is neat, with swings and a bench, and the firepit was a perfect place to enjoy the sunset. We were truly impressed by the interior design — each room has its own style, clearly decorated with love and taste. The location is stunning, with views of the fjord right from the house. Just 30 minutes to Saguenay Fjord National Park. The hosts were kind, discreet, and helpful. Highly recommended — we’ve already told our friends. 5/5!

A home that offers high-quality services for an affordable price. A quiet environment a few steps from the city and activities. Diane and Romain are warm and very attentive hosts, I highly recommend them.

Serge’s place was exactly as described. Easy to find and get inside, more than enough room for 4 people. I would recommend and rent again :)

Thank you very much for this beautiful stay in Saguenay and the delicate attention to our arrival, the accommodation is very clean, cozy and tastefully decorated. The room overlooks the courtyard side and not the street side, it is very quiet. There is a place in front of the accommodation to park which is very nice when you arrive by car. I would recommend this place to discover the Saguenay area and especially to hike in the fjords.

Hélène and her spouse gave us an excellent welcome. The accommodation is conveniently located to discover the region. Everything was perfect: clean, consistent with the photos, and very comfortable. Hélène gave us great tips for enjoying local activities. I would highly recommend it!

Good view nearby the house

We are happy with our stay. The accommodation is super well located and close to everything (although the alley is not very beautiful, which is expected for an old neighborhood). We can see that there is an aesthetic effort in the decor to ensure our stay is relaxing. The accommodation is clean and comfortable.

The owner was available and she was able to resolve a few minor inconveniences immediately. My kids liked the toys available to them. I liked that there was a high chair and playpen for my baby. The cable and Netflix were too good not to use when sleeping or resting. We were a big family and we didn't feel stuck, big enough for a big family. We enjoyed our stay. Only downside, I have a big truck and there is a small parking lot, but it's not a big negative.

This is my second stay at Geneviève's. The apartment is located at the foot of the ski slopes and is very well-equipped. A very enjoyable stay, I will be back!

The place is brand new and super clean!

My friend and I enjoyed our stay - we had all we needed , kitchen for cooking , it’s a cozy place -beds are a bit soft - very quiet - close to the 2 big sepaq parcs thank you Bastien we really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back I recommend it ;))

Loved the location, very private nice view. Easy access to unload car. Great location if your going to Hautes-Gorges-de-la-Rivière-Malbaie park. Bed was comfy. Kitchen was well equipped to cook a meal. SUPER CLEAN!! Would stay here again if we're back in the area.

We had a great time in Avignon. The place is amazing, the view from the kitchen is stunning. It had exactly everything we needed. Possibility to have a BBQ and also a fire outside. It was very warm. We would recommend this listing!
