Nice studio (25 m²) on the ground floor independent of the owners' house. Ideally located near Bordeaux, 35 minutes from the Arcachon Bay and 10 minutes from the Great Bordeaux Vineyards (Haut-Brion, Pape-Clément). In a very quiet residential area, we welcome you to this well-equipped accommodation with all the comforts for a pleasant stay. The studio has a private garden area with garden furniture and BBQ as well as a free parking space right in front.

Charming 25 m2 studio. Ideally located in the Alouette district, the accommodation is located in a cul-de-sac and close to the Bourgailh forest. Close to all amenities (bypass and bus nearby and tram 15 min walk). Spend a few days in our kitchen-free outbuilding in Pessac. At the bottom of a garden of about 1000 m2 this small outbuilding is composed of a 140 bed, a wardrobe and desk, a kettle and mini fridge, a bathroom with sink, shower and toilet. It can accommodate 2 people passing through. Close to the Bourgailh Forest (300 m) but also public transport (Liane 4 nearby and tram a few minutes away) you can access the center of Bordeaux directly.

Located close to the airport, the city of Bordeaux as well as on the discovery paths of Landes beaches and Aquitaine vineyards, it is with great pleasure that we welcome you throughout the year. We have converted 2 apartments on the first floor of our house. You will stay in a nice 2-room apartment, in the heart of a large enclosed and wooded garden. A separate entrance is via an external staircase dedicated to guests.

Great welcome. As described and very clean. Our host Isabelle served us a very good meal and we were able to enjoy the pool. We shared the meal with Isabelle, her husband and daughter with whom we were able to chat freely. Breakfast is a plus that we also enjoyed. Isabelle and her family have the ability to put us at ease very quickly. Thank you for your hospitality, availability and responsiveness. We'll be happy to go back.
