Charming 25 m2 studio. Ideally located in the Alouette district, the accommodation is located in a cul-de-sac and close to the Bourgailh forest. Close to all amenities (bypass and bus nearby and tram 15 min walk). The accommodation, adjoining our main house, is composed of a main room with living/sleeping area (140 bed), kitchenette and bathroom with shower and toilet. Linens and towels are provided. The exteriors are still being renovated...

Located in Pessac extra-ring road (exit 13), the house is close to the aéroparc, the Arcachon Bay road, the vineyards of Pessac and Léognan. A short walk from Bourgailh Park. The studio dates from 2021 and has independent access. It is isolated in the upper part of the house, with a balcony, queen size bed, TV, small kitchen, bathroom with shower and toilet. Babies welcome (bed, accessories). Closet. Parking, EV charging station.

Located close to the airport, the city of Bordeaux as well as on the discovery paths of Landes beaches and Aquitaine vineyards, it is with great pleasure that we welcome you throughout the year. We have converted 2 apartments on the first floor of our house. You will stay in a nice 2-room apartment, in the heart of a large enclosed and wooded garden. A separate entrance is via an external staircase dedicated to guests.

This atypical place, based on an Algeco, is really unique. Close to Bordeaux and Mérignac airport; between 40 and 50min from the Bassin d 'Arcachon and the Atlantic coast. A mini studio of 12 sqm installed in my garden where it is possible to enjoy during sunny days a small outdoor terrace. This algeco studio has a shower room, a well-equipped kitchen, a small sofa bed in 120. No smoking. No animals allowed.
