The house is located in Hourtin Port, in the tourist residence of the lake, in the middle of a fenced, wooded park. It has been completely refurbished to offer you a quality service. Single-story dwelling with a surface area of 40 m². A large picture window opens directly onto the terrace in the shade of the oaks (garden furniture and umbrella). The residence is fenced, the swimming pool is open from June 15 to September 30, and there is a children's playground, a boules court, a gym, a BBQ, and a ping pong table.

Welcome to Ginou's in ''lachanau''. My house is air-conditioned and comfortable. Ideally located near the lake and ocean. Depending on the season: swimming, water sports, walks in the forest, horseback riding, visit to the Médoc castles and also: naps in the sun or half shade, petanque and books available, children's games... what happiness! The house is fenced (parking for 2 vehicles). There is another accommodation but each has a garden and the private spaces are perfectly independent.

Hourtin Beach/Port, Carcans Beach, Maubuisson, and Lacanau Ocean. The house offers a beautiful bright living room, open to an equipped kitchen. Upstairs, the sleeping area consists of 3 bedrooms that can accommodate up to 8 people. It has a bathroom and two toilets. The 2000 m2 garden is fenced.
