Monthly Rentals in Lac de Bimont

Thanks to Laurence for hosting us, her accommodation is very well-equipped (like home), spacious with a private garden and quiet. Beautiful birdsong and no annoying barking. we enjoyed the calm, the Sainte Victoire mountain as well as the hike of the 2 dams (Bimont and Zola). Perfect

We had a wonderful stay at this modern villa in Saint-Marc-Jaumegarde, about 8 kilometers east of Aix-En-Provence in the south of France. It's a newer, beautiful, flat-roofed single-story building with two bedrooms and a huge combined living room and kitchen, all with hard floors throughout and lots of glass looking out onto a small garden and small pool. The owners built it for themselves and used to live here before they moved to the larger house next door, and it shows: the furnishings are comfortable, the rooms thoughtfully laid out, and it's equipped with a clothes washer, heated towel rack, stove, oven, and Krups espresso machine (bring your own coffee). The location is somewhat remote, so a car is mandatory. The nearest walkable food, fortunately, happens to be an excellent pizza truck often at the end of Chemin des Savoyards, next to a memorial to the U.S. 3rd Infantry Division, who helped expel the Germans from here in 1944.

Very nice accommodation in a small hamlet 15 minutes from Aix-en-Provence. The bedding was extremely comfortable. The house was also perfectly equipped for babies (baby bed, highchair, bathtub). Celine was very hospitable.

We had a great time at Gilbert's place. The accommodation is impeccable and very well-equipped! The apartment is close to Aix and makes it very easy to get there by car but also to visit the whole region. Gilbert is very responsive and gave us a lot of places to visit nearby and above all helped us very quickly when we slammed the door with the keys inside. I recommend it 100%!!
