Gerade im Winter sehr gemütlich.

The OstseeLiebe invites you to a dream vacation in a relaxed living atmosphere in a quiet cul-de-sac location. Direct connection to the natural environment. 10-minute walk to the beach and the newly designed promenade at the marina with delicious fish rolls. Shopping is almost next door. There are also fresh rolls every morning. Water sports enthusiasts, hikers, cyclists and all those who love the sea and nature will absolutely get their money's worth. Rest and relaxation guaranteed!

In the middle of fields and Knicks, you will find a quiet spot on the edge of the field with panoramic views over the Baltic Sea, the Baltic Sea beach can be reached in 20 minutes by bike. A newly developed 14 m" large construction trailer with a bed (160), a small kitchenette and one seating inside/outside awaits you. The toilet and shower are located in another construction trailer next door. Fresh vegetables and eggs from our garden are available seasonally :)

The new apartment "Ankerplatz" is on the ground floor. It is located at the back of a well-kept new single-family house in Stein and is completely separate and self-sufficient. The resort town of Stein is right on the Kiel Fjord. The Baltic Sea beaches are within walking distance. A long and wide dike promenade in the immediate vicinity of the beach invites you to take long walks and bike tours in the surrounding recreational areas of Wendtorf and Laboe.

Exclusive houseboat in a fantastic location. Large panoramic windows flood the vacation home with natural daylight. You have a unique view of the Baltic Sea. On the terrace and the walk-in Skydeck you can experience fantastic hours and sunsets. Underfloor heating and a private sauna guarantee a pleasant feeling of well-being even in winter months. The houseboat is equipped with designer furniture and offers its guests a lot of comfort overall.

The lovingly furnished apartment with separate entrance has a double bed, a small dining area, a cozy sofa and TV corner. 800 meters away are a beautiful natural beach with cliffs and a lively beach section with promenade, restaurants, toilets, and a surf school. Supermarket, bus connection and bakery are a two-minute walk away. Tourist tax (2.50 euros per person per day) is not included in the price and must be paid in cash upon arrival.

The apartment is located in Möltenort near Kiel. A place with a small fishing port and beach, right on the fjord. It is part of a villa with a beautiful garden and, despite the modern furnishings, still has flair. Not only are shopping facilities quick to reach, but also various beautiful Baltic Sea beaches, such as Heidkate, Laboe or California. The distance to the nearest beach and harbor is only 200 m.

The 42m2 ground floor apartment with small terrace consists of a small hallway, a bathroom with walk-in shower, a beautiful living room with sofa bed, smart TV (Netflix and Prime Video with private account possible), a cozy dining area and a new open kitchen with dishwasher, oven and induction stove. The bedroom is equipped with a 1.80 x 2.00 m double bed and a wardrobe.

It is ideally suited to explore Kiel and the surrounding area. The many beautiful beaches are not far away and the Olympiazentrum in Schilksee can also be reached in less than 10 minutes by car.
