Really wonderful. You had everything you needed, it was super clean and someone was available for questions or any other time.

This was our second time staying at La Finka, and just like the first time, everything was absolutely perfect. The villa is very clean, well-equipped, and has everything you could possibly need. Ivan is an amazing host – he responds immediately and truly cares about making sure you feel comfortable and welcome. We’ll definitely be coming back and can highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free stay.

Wonderful stay – highly recommended! We had a great stay at the place. The villa was very clean, tastefully decorated and equipped with everything you need. The location was ideal – quiet, but still close to the sea Check-in went smoothly and Gabi was always friendly and helpful. We felt very comfortable and would definitely come back!

This Property had the most amazing view of Motovun. The only things we would preface for anyone looking at the property: *If you have younger kids, be aware that the pool is right next to the pool house and home with no barriers. *If coming in the cooler months where you will need heat: There is no furnace or heat pump for the home, so you will be required to use a wood burning fireplace/stove. This wood burner heats the whole house efficiently, but it is something you will have to stock and service this yourself. *Be aware that you are right next to the woods and are basically in the country here, so you may have to look out for little critters Other than these couple items, our stay was pleasant and felt we got the most out of our stay in Istria.

Wonderful house and great host. Beautiful, peaceful surroundings and well worth the price. You have direct access to fresh herbs, homemade wine, rakia, jam, and eggs by the host. Perfect for a quiet time away from traffic noise and light pollution. Walking distance to several nice hiking locations. Would love to stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay! We were looking for a quiet and private accommodation where you can just relax, without noise and very secluded. We found exactly what we were looking for! The surrounding fields and country roads were very beautiful and quiet. The bathroom was clean, the house itself was rather dark, but also clean. The host responded extremely quickly to all messages. The instructions to get to the house and check in were awesome, everything was very well explained! Thank you so much for a lovely stay, would love to stay again!

We felt very good, wanted more privacy and this place is perfect for that. The host is very kind, responds to questions and messages immediately, she is always willing to give advice and help. It looks nice in the photos, but in fact, the house, the backyard, and the pool are even more beautiful. It exceeded our expectations. We'd love to go back.

We spent a week over New Year's Eve at Jure's house and enjoyed the time very much. Jure's house is a little off the road, but so central that all necessary places were quick and easy to reach. The property is completely enclosed, which was very pleasant for our dog. The house is situated in a beautiful garden and has everything that is needed. The underfloor heating was particularly pleasant now in winter. The contact with Jure was straightforward. He was on vacation himself during our stay, but a friend gave us the key and provided us with all the necessary information. Nevertheless, Jure was always available to us and provided us with restaurant tips. We can well imagine spending another vacation in Jure's house.

Best house I’ve ever stayed at, fantastic. We were a large group of 17 people (5 kids) which came together from different countries and cities to chill and have fun. House offered everything it described, unbelievable architecture, great amenities, very cozy and clean, easy to reach. Large kitchen, comfortable furniture, fantastic patio, workable grill. Surrounding is decent (dry dock for speedboats and yachts next to the house), but still very calm (if you don’t count the local chickens and dogs which are providing the natural environment). The doors and windows are, however, brilliantly insulated so basically you will hardly hear anything when in one of the rooms. Till was a great host, always responsive and helpful in all aspects! Gave us recommendations, helped us prepare everything upfront, kudos. We definitely hope to return to Stara Škola for another great experience.

We spent 5 nights with our two children in this beautiful house. Everything is very high quality, tastefully furnished. Right next to the house is a bar where locals meet outside in the evening. The bedroom on the first floor opens directly to the street - so you feel in the middle of the action. From here we were able to take wonderful excursions in all directions.

We really enjoyed the week at Dina's place. Dina was always available and gave us great tips for the area. The outdoor area was wonderful, even for our dog, as there was always enough shade. In the village, there is a great restaurant and a small grocery store.

Perfect stay next to Umag. The house is perfect and very well equipped. Everything you need to stay for great holidays. We were there for Istria by UTMB event and it was a perfect location for this.

It was a pleasure staying here. The house is located in a quiet town just outside of Poreč, with everything you need close by. The build quality is among the best I've seen in Croatia – everything feels solid and is made with high-quality materials. Both the interior and exterior are beautifully designed and well-maintained. Very charming house and well equipped. A lot of cozy stuff makes the house so cute. Nice furniture, comfortable beds, and basic stuff in the kitchen. We really enjoyed our stay. You are in touch with all the places around but still in calm area out of the crowds.

Perfect stay We had a fantastic time in this villa in Croatia, despite not quite as good weather. The hosts were extremely friendly and welcomed us warmly. We would particularly like to emphasize that Dejan heated the pool for us free of charge, as the weather unfortunately did not play along. That was an absolute plus and sweetened our days! We were there with a total of four adults and four children and the villa was perfect for us. The gym has an extra play corner with Lego and Duplo, which was a highlight for the kids. The villa is very spacious with four bedrooms and four bathrooms, so everyone had enough space. We really didn't miss anything! Really EVERYTHING you need is available! We can highly recommend this villa and will certainly be happy to come back!

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. Away from the noise, very quiet and beautiful. Just what we were looking for. At the same time, beaches, Poreč and Rovinj, and Motovun and other cities are close by car. The house is very clean, new and cozy. Lovely big yard. It feels like the hosts care about their guests. There is everything you need. We were very carefully greeted and at our request brought homemade vegetables. They also recommended us the local market and answered all your questions. Thank you for the wonderful house, hospitality and gifts. We may be back someday to live in silence and enjoy nature.

We were 2 families and felt super comfortable! The pool is great, also the possibility to go shopping without a car is great! I think the house is nicer than in the photos. Everything really thought out with enough shade for the hot time.

Villa Motovun is one of the most beautiful houses we’ve stayed in. The house has been renovated with such care to detail, it has kept the traditional character but is completely modernised with all amenities you would need. We loved the colour schemes, the materials used. It was so comfortable, with many seating areas, very comfortable, large beds (super important!), every room with en-suite bathroom. The views from the terrace of the Mirna valley and Groznjan in the distance are stunning. We loved having the little heated pool, the sauna and the pool table. The local wine ‘mini bar’ was also nice and we could help ourselves to a bottle of local Malvasia or Teran. All in all a gem in a beautiful medieval hilltop town, walkable to some really good restaurants serving amongst other things, local homemade pasta with truffles, or wild asparagus in the spring. Thank you Zeljko for your hospitality. We hope to be back again soon.
