La Chataigne - family friendly gite with pool

Les Coumayres consists of four unique, newly renovated gites. La Chataigne is at the front of the house with one more gite and the owners home. Behind the house are two larger gites. We also have a Glamping site with two unique domes, located a couple of minutes walk. Relax by the heated pool whilst your children play in the pool, play ping pong or have fun in the playground. There is plenty of space for everyone and each gite has their own private terrace with outdoor sofa and dining for four.

"La maison de Bonne Maman", is a character house in the heart of the Minervois in the Languedoc. Renovated in 2022, this winegrower's family home has kept the authenticity of the old. Charming village nestled on the foothills of the Montagne Noire, 45 min away from beaches of the Mediterranean, you will enjoy the calm and the sun by the swimming pool, you will discover the vineyard of La Livinière, 1er cru du Languedoc, the Cathar villages, the Canal du Midi, rivers, walks in the garrigue.

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. LES CHARMILLES MAISON DES BOIS, large house separated into two self-contained cottages, soundproofed and they have a connecting door between the 2 cottages. Ideal for coming with family and respecting the tranquility of those who wish it. For the respect of the neighborhood because there is a neighbor year-round with his elderly mother, 3 houses occasionally occupied. No fireworks, firecrackers. Music reduced to 10pm

Very nice house of 120m2 with upstairs 3 bedrooms with 140 beds and a small bedroom/games room with bunk beds in 90 that can accommodate 2 additional children (board games, books, etc...) a bathroom with shower and wc. On the ground floor, large living/dining room with TV, Wi-Fi, darts, wood-burning stove, baby chair, etc. Equipped kitchen (oven, induction cooktop, air fryer, Senseo, toaster, dishwasher, etc.). Welcome to Maison Cantalauze, a charming wine estate nestled in the heart of the Minervois vineyards, minutes from the famous medieval city of Carcassonne and the Canal du Midi. The property includes a 17th-century dovecote and a 19th-century winegrower's house, both completely renovated. Accommodating up to 20 people, it offers air-conditioned rooms, a large swimming pool, children's pool and large outdoor spaces in a peaceful and authentic setting.

Halfway between Toulouse and Montpellier, in the Haut-Languedoc Natural Park, Belsoleil is a unique place, isolated from the world, where you will enjoy the calm, silence and starry skies. Located 700 m above sea level, in a wooded and preserved environment, you are likely to share the daily life of mammals, birds, but also birds, insects and other small animals that are very well there. 2 modular cottages for 2 to 10 people. Nestled in the Haut Languedoc Park between the Southern town of Castres (40 minutes) and world heritage site of Albi (50 minutes) this cosy cottage is hidden away in the beautiful and largely undiscovered Vallée de Gijou. As an ex-restaurateur I can provide breakfast, lunches, picnics and dinners on order.

Our gîte, designed for 8 people, welcomes you to the heart of the Montagne Noire, between Albi, Toulouse and Carcassonne, at the gates of the lakes. You can enjoy the swimming pool, Lola greenway PassaPaïs 250 m away, central section of the Véloccitanie (220 km cycling route), GR/PR at the gates of the restored farm.

The Greenhouse

This charming accommodation offers easy access to the city center and is on the greenway for cycling and hiking enthusiasts. You have the entire gîte at your disposal as well as a small garden. Possibilities of some hikes with me in the surrounding mountains. I can also offer an English language stay.
