Located halfway between Montauban, Moissac and Castelsarrasin, on the edge of the Tarn, this 38 m2 annex is totally independent of the house. Recently refurbished, it offers pleasant comfort for a family of 4. At your disposal, the swimming pool, the trampoline, the portico and the plancha. Breakfast available (€5 per person and served between 8:30 am and 10:00 am) Charging station price (11kW-Type 2): €0.30 per kWh. The reservation must be made 24 hours before guests arrive.

Breathtaking view facing south, peaceful hanging garden with private pool for the guest couple, fish pond, palm trees and terrace. three restaurants including a caterer in the village, a bakery and a supermarket… all within walking distance. We love to speack English;-) Attention: the pool opens at the beginning of June… consult me according to the weather to find out if it can be opened from 15 May:-)

Charming 80 m² fully equipped accommodation. On the ground floor: Living room, kitchen 40 m². The living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa bed (140 x 190), a bathroom with walk-in shower and separate toilet. Upstairs: 2 beautiful bedrooms each equipped with a bed for 2 people (140 x 190), and a child's bed, 1 large landing with the possibility of adding a mattress for 2 people and/or 2 armchairs. You'll love the cabin for the views, the calm and the location in the forest. Perfect for couples. We do not accept children under 12 years old, for safety reasons. The cabin is equipped, kitchenette with gas, oven, fridge etc. (oil, vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper, coffee, tea, herbal tea provided) Bed linens and towels are provided. Bathroom, dry toilet NO SMOKING OUTSIDE AND INSIDE AND NO CANDLES. We provide battery-operated candles for you to use.

This peaceful accommodation offers a relaxing stay for the whole family or friends, including 3 master suites with new bedding (sheets and towels provided, except baby bed), a large 70 m2 living room with large bay windows, pool table and fitted kitchen (crockery and kitchen utensils provided), a 36 m2 covered terrace, a separate suspended toilet, wood stove, air conditioning in all rooms, jacuzzi, on a plot of about 2000 m2, quiet house.

La Chouette, Cozy Retreat with Breathtaking Views

La Chouette is a picturesque and private two-level village house nestled in the medieval center of Saint Antonin Noble Val. Hand-crafted wooden cabinetry and a curved staircase add warmth and charm. A walled garden with lower and upper terraces provide a spectacular view across the Aveyron river to wooded hills topped by the Roc d"Anglar. La Chouette is closed in January and February.
