Small Paradise above the Walensee

Guests have a separate apartment with their own kitchen, bath and living room but they share the same entrance to the house with the owner. All the surroundings of the house can be used by the guests. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, electric stove, cooking utilities (inclusive herbs, vinegar and oil) cutlery and tableware. Food needs to be brought by the guests. The nearest store is a 30min drive away. A Fondue-Set is available upon request. There is also a Nespresso machine inclusive capsuls and an open fire place right next to the house. The main bedroom includes a double bed (1.40m) and there is another separate room with a single bed, inclusive bedding. The bathroom comes with towels, shampoo, shower gel and a hair dryer.

The indoor pool is closed until December 26 due to renovations. Our beautiful 2-room apartment in Laax is centrally located and leaves nothing to be desired. It has a modern kitchen incl. Dishwasher and balcony. You can reach Lake Laax within a maximum of 5 minutes on foot. There is 1 bedroom with a double bed and 1 pull-out sofa in the living room. The apartment is for max. 4 people. During your stay, you may use the indoor pool, which is located in the adjoining building.

Ski bus (free), shopping (Volg, Denner), post office, bank, bakery and butcher in close proximity. There is also the tourist office and a fine pizzeria right in this village center. A pedestrian underpass will take you from the apartment to all these places within 2 minutes.

From this location you can walk to the Unterterzen-Flumserberg gondola in a few minutes, to the Unterterzen train station in 150m or to the lake. The location is ideal for sports activities in winter as well as in summer. The region is very attractive and still a little insider tip away from traffic and mass tourism.

The studio is also characterized by its central location in Laax village with shopping and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. The ski bus stop to the mountain railway (Laax Murschetg) is right in front of the house. It only takes 5 minutes to get to the valley station with the free ski bus. It couldn't be easier!
