5 rooms available, about 120 m2, homy and relaxing area. Two floors and 4 bed rooms. 1 bathroom and 1 separate toilette. Bed linen and bath towels are all available and included in the price. There is a 30 m2 terrasse/platform in front of the house with an amazing view to Laax, Vally and the mountains. The house is good for couples, solo adventurers, groups and families (with kids). We have two baby beds, high chair and a basket full of toys available for families with kids. You are welcome!

Mit geschütztem Gartensitzplatz und Garten. Sonnige, ruhige Lage. Eigener Hauseingang, Sauna im Nebengebäude. Ski in, ski out oder Skibus in drei Minuten erreichbar.

Within walking distance you are at the bus stop, on the playground, in the indoor pool/wellness or one of the restaurants. The apartment has a bright living/dining area with open kitchen, 2 large balconies, 2 separate bedrooms and a wet room (bathroom/shower with toilet, sink). There is also a fireplace. Non-smoking apartment, NO pets allowed.

The indoor pool is closed from March to December 26 due to renovation. Our beautiful 2 room WHG in Laax is centrally located and leaves nothing to be desired. It has a modern kitchen incl. Dishwasher and balcony. Lake Laaxer can be reached within a 5-minute walk. 1 bedroom with double bed and 1 pull-out sofa in the living room are available. Thus, the apartment is suitable for 4 persons. During your stay, you can use the indoor pool, which is located in the house.
