The undeniable advantage is private parking in the courtyard and a wine cellar, which is part of Building B of the Pod Zámkem Residence. The apartment is fully equipped, with accommodation for up to 5 people.

In summer, the back garden is a perfect, cool place to enjoy meals, pick fruit and lie in the sun. In winter, the living room is perfect for large gatherings. 5 bedrooms sleep 12 or more. The place offers the ideal basis for a relaxed thermal spa holiday, for trips to the idyllic wine villages of the area, like e.g. Falkenstein, to cultural or culinary festivities or for bicycle tours through the lovely landscape of the Weinviertel or for a visit of the beautiful Nationalpark Thayatal.
