Andre is a very good host!! And very kind and friendly. The property is very nice and is just as shown in the photos!! I feel at home! Andres was very helpful with his restaurant and supermarket guide, with clear instructions. My children and wife loved the property. One of the best Airbnbs I have stayed in in the capital. When I visit Santo Domingo again, I will return to Andres' property!! I recommend it 100% to everyone!! Thank you Andres for everything!!

We had a great time staying here. It was in a beautiful plaza that was lively during the day. We were very comfortable and felt safe walking at night and day. Would definitely stay here again!

I can only say this place is way bigger than the photos suggest and can confortably fit a party of 10. We were 3 adults and 2 children and there was a room we didn't need. The house is well equiped and in a quiet neighbourhood which trust me is really hard to find in Santo Domingo! I loved the place and will definitely be staying again! Host is super responsive and there is so much to do in the house, gym, pool and a very handy games room for the kids!

Great location in Zona colonial. There are plenty of things to do, very walkable area. Def recommend.

unit was clean and well-appointed. Had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. Building and apartment security were excellent. The neighborhood was working class -- solid citizens. No problems. Like all places in the DR, exercise prudence in where and when you go out. stay aware. TVs were particularly good -- smart, large and crisp pictures. easy to pull in our streaming accounts. We found several small, local restaurants in the neighborhood. Nothing fancy, but serviceable. BON Ice Cream store just steps from the entrance. The apartment was also extremely quiet -- no street noise!! Bonus points!! woukd stay again.

I've been visiting Santo Domingo for the past two years. I've never stayed at any other accommodations except Eulid's. His place is highly recommended, peaceful and secured.

This place has everything that you need nearby. Let me start by saying that the apartment itself is big, clean, and beautifully decorated. It looks exactly like the pictures, no surprises. Is nearby “Colina Center” which has supermarkets, shops, restaurants, banks and much more. The pool area is big and it has an area for kids, very family friendly place. But the highlight of my experience was how responsive Wilman was at all times. He always responded to any questions I had in a very friendly and pleasant way. I appreciate the flexible communication that he provided to me. I would definitely rent this place again with no hesitations. I would give it more than 5 stars it if was possible. You don’t always find such a great host. Hope to come back soon!

This spot looks just like the photos. I stayed in the city to run errands before adventuring further around the island. It was clean, quiet, secure, and safe. There are slot of rules but some folks be over doing it when they rent a bnb so I understand and honestly it just made me more sure that I was gonna have a good sleep while I was there. Would recommend.

Serge was super responsive and far too kind. His place was as described and super comfy. The staff were super friendly. I loved my stay and would definitely run it back.
