Cottage close to the Beaches

Our accommodation is located in the municipality of Saint Philibert in a quiet residence just 500 meters from the beaches. It is perfect for families with kids, couples and solo travelers. It is conveniently located to discover the port of La Trinité-sur-Mer, the Carnac menhirs, the Gulf of Morbihan and its islands, the old port of St Goustan, the wild coast of Quiberon, Vannes and its historic center... For the months of July and August, we only rent from Saturday to Saturday.

Very quiet, 100 meters from the water

My second home consists of a bright living room, two cozy bedrooms and a comfortable bathroom. Every detail has been carefully thought out, not in a rental logic, but for my personal well-being. Here, you can hear the birds, the wind in the pines... and sometimes, in the distance, the soft murmur of the sea. Ideal for calm and careful guests. I'll lend you my bikes if you need them. Not suitable for parties or lively stays. Non-intrusive adjoining property.

Family house ideally located 100m from the beautiful beach of Kerbihan. The port is 5 minutes by bike. The house is modern, healthy, well insulated, very pleasant to live in and above all very bright thanks to a glass roof. Very well exposed (East-South-West), it has been designed for use inside outside, thanks to its many floor-to-ceiling windows that fully open onto terraces at the level. It has many outdoor indoor spaces and a small sea view.

Located at the end of a closed courtyard, you will have plenty of time to enjoy the elements that nature offers us: Land, Sea and Wide Open Sky. You will have sea views and be 50 m from the coastal path. In the middle of the oyster park, you can walk, cycle, admire nature and of course access all water activities. Carnac is 5 minutes away.

Ideally located, close to Carnac, La trinité sur mer, Quiberon, Erdeven (surf) close to the Gulf of Morbihan, this Breton house is ideal for your holidays or weekends... The house is perfect for couples and families. On foot, in the center of town, you will find an excellent bakery for your breakfast, a grocery store, a cafe and the press of the day. It is reserved for tenants and only for them.

Exceptional location for our family home located in the Trinity/Sea. You have direct access on the customs road (GR34) which will take you in 10 min on foot in the center of La Trinité/Mer. The beach is in front of the house. Equipped with 10 beds ( 5 bedrooms: 4 bedrooms with 1 double bed + 1 bedroom with 2 small beds), you have a superb sea view - New bedding (June 2024).

I offer my fisherman's cabin-style house, away from the tourist hustle and bustle, with stunning 180° views of the Gulf, along the coastal trail (GR 34) in a quiet cul-de-sac. Shops, restaurants, marina and thalassotherapy 5 km away. Your pets are welcome and will also enjoy a fenced 800 m² plot.
