The property is exactly as described and looks even better than the photos. Checking in was a breeze as Ms. Jen was already at the property waiting for us even before we arrived, walked us through the property, and explained the house rules. The owner, Ms. Malou has been very responsive and friendly, it felt like we were staying in a friend’s house and everything we needed were immediately taken cared of. A short walk to the beach and the property has a private entrance and a guard at the gate 24/7. Would 100% recommend.

The host (rish) and care taker (ate mich) are very responsive. There’s a power and water outage in our day 2 but they informed us ahead of time naman and they are willing to extend our check out para makabawi. We enjoyed staying here at Farmjabi! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Ms. Charo's place is highly recommended for big groups that intend to have a relaxing and fuss-free stay in LU away from the bustling center. The rooms were clean, everything was organized, utensils were complete, and the host/caretakers offered a seamless communication experience. They were very hands-on, ensuring guests had the best stay possible, even going above and beyond during power outages. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I will definitely visit again.

This is the ideal spot for a peaceful escape from the city. The place was neat, quiet, and surrounded by beautiful views. From arrival to departure, the host made sure we felt comfortable and at ease. We had a wonderful time at Glass and Green Perch — the cozy setting and tranquil vibe were exactly what we needed. Thank you for an unforgettable stay — we’re already planning our next visit!

We definitely had a great stay! The place was clean, well-equipped with everything we needed, and located in a quiet neighborhood. Communication with the hosts including their caretaker was smooth as well. The only downside was a scheduled electrical and water interruption in the area, but overall, it was a wonderful experience. Will be back!! 🤙🏼

D’Santai villa is beautiful. It’s in a quieter neighbourhood (though there was a dog next door that barked a lot!) but there’s lots of cafes close by and only a short trike ride to the beach and restaurants. The staff were very attentive and made our stay very enjoyable. Only complaints were that there is an open area which means that mosquitos were able to come into the house and there was no wifi upstairs but other than that I would highly recommend :)

This has always been our top go-to place whenever we visit Baguio. The location is perfect, the surroundings are peaceful, everything is clean, and the staff are genuinely warm and accommodating. A hidden Gem - Peaceful, spacious, close to most tourist attractions Our stay at Kais place has been amazing. The place is alot bigger than you would think from the photos and the owner and caretaker are very friendly. It was very relaxing and comfortable for our family to bond here. We had a really great stay - our group called this a “great find!” and very good for its price. Place is quite spacious with high ceiling. The bedrooms are spacious enough too, and we appreciate the clean linens and beddings, house slippers (for living room and bedroom) as well as provision of bath towels. Joy is a very responsive and accommodating host, she allowed us flexible check-in and check-out times given our travel circumstance. Kuya Joven is friendly too.

Will definitely stay again on our return to Baguio. It fits the family well enough.

We had an amazing time at Baguio HillHouse! The house is beautiful and full of charm, with expansive windows that frame an amazing view of the surrounding mountains. Ms Catherine was a great host—she made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. One of the highlights was dinner at the roof deck; it was the perfect spot to unwind and take in the scenic Baguio nights. I hope we get the chance to stay here again on our next visit to Baguio. Overall, it was a memorable and cozy getaway that I’d gladly recommend.

The place is great! What you see in the photos is exactly what you get in person. It’s very clean, with a fully equipped kitchen and plenty of storage cabinets. Even the utensils are high quality, which shows they really put effort into making sure guests have a comfortable stay. The ambiance is warm and inviting, making it feel like a home away from home. The furniture is well-maintained, and the layout is spacious, allowing for a relaxing stay. The location is also convenient, with easy access to nearby shops and restaurants. One small piece of feedback is that the pillows in the receiving area had a slight smell. But overall, the place is fantastic—well worth the stay! I will definitely be coming back

The place is nice and clean. Super bait and helpful ni nanay at tatay. They even drove my family sa appointment nila dahil coding ang sasakyan namin on that day. Very accomodating family. Highly recommended this place, 10/10.☺️

The family had a good stay. The host is very attentive to our needs. I had an elderly mom who needed to take time on the stairs up and down to the property. It's manageable but a thing to consider if you're bringing grandparents. Overall, we had fun in Baguio.

If Crispin’s place is available, book it before someone else books it before you. Peaceful neighborhood, nice location, great Mountain View, spacious place and a nice outdoor area Stairs going up to unit, just take note of that especially if you are with seniors. Thanks Crispin, will definitely book again when I’m in Baguio!

Had a great stay. The place is clean. Super strict lang talaga because it's subdivision, medyo nagkaproblem lang kami pagpasok because bawal daw ang transient, yun lang yung naging problem but the place is clean and feels like home. Sana next time may TV na 😅
