Nice place, very spacious great place for bigger family.

The manager who welcomed us in was very warm and helpful. She gave us hints of where to go for dining. She even connected me to a friend from the past who happen to own a condo unit at Vonbel. I like that there is water dispenser available at the unit. Thank you for hosting us. My family enjoyed the stay, the chic-ness of the place, being very clean and the view from the porch. I look forward to coming back again.

The place was big for 6pax. It's cozy and clean. Burnham park is just 10-15 minutes walk depending on your pace, but you can always ride a jeepney if you don't feel like walking since jeepneys pass right in front of the house. The host Ms. Nikki was kind and she made us feel very welcomed. We can easily reach her if we need something. She even gave us a number of a tour guide whom we booked going to Atok. All in all it was a nice experience.

This place offers incredible value! Its location just off the main road makes it easy to get to the town center, which is a huge plus whether you're driving or relying on public transport. The apartment has everything you could need, and I appreciated the well-equipped kitchen and the option to purchase drinking water. Jojo is a wonderful host – so friendly, helpful, and a great source of information about the area. Highly recommend and I plan to return!

We had an awesome stay at Nakpil House! The place was super clean and cozy it really felt like home, which made it easy for our big family to relax. The host was very accommodating and responsive to all our questions, which we truly appreciated. Lucy was also very helpful during our stay and easy to talk to. We really loved the open space it was perfect for bonding and relaxing. The architecture gave the house a unique vibe and made it extra special. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the dishwasher was super useful, especially for a large group like ours. The location was great too very close to SM and the city proper, so everything was convenient. Highly recommended for big families, and we’ll definitely rebook again!

This place is perfect for group travels. It’s very homey. Feels really like a home away from home. And of course, Ate Caren was always helpful and accommodating of our requests. We appreciate everything you did for us! I just think you need to update your photos listed in here because they don’t give justice to the beauty your house holds. It’s really beautiful! Miss Julien is very responsive even late night if I have questions she answers it. Also, the place is very peaceful and room is very clean all the linen smells good. We enjoyed our stay there.

Comfy, airy and bright (big windows), complete kitchen amenities, clean, and a homey atmosphere. Nearby walkable restaurants. It's beside a busy street so it could get noisy. Other than that, everything seems to be in the right place. I highly recommend this place!

Very accommodating ng Host kahit nakalagay na 10am ang checkout she recommended ibang unit which was supposedly 11am ang checkout but still give extra hour para 12 ang checkout. about the play what you see sa photos yun din sa personal very accommodating din ang mga narereceive. Very clean ng place! sulit!

Our family had a delightful stay at 87 Guest House in Baguio. The alfresco dining area was charming, the house was clean and well-maintained, and the host was incredibly responsive and accommodating. Smooth check-in and check-out, ample parking, and a wonderful overall experience. 5 stars!

Zya transient house was exactly what we needed for our big group. It's very close to Camp John Hay and getting to our event was easy. Our host, Jonathan, was very accommodating and responded fast even before we booked the place. We requested for a late check-out and he allowed us to extend until 1pm. The house caretaker Kuya Caloy also had been very helpful and made sure we had everything we need. The house was very cozy and spacious. Lots of parking space too! Will definitely book again if we happen to be in Baguio with a big group! 😊

Very nice place to stay at! kuya Joel was very accomodating and nice. We definitely enjoyed our stay. It is walkable to session road and burnham but do note that it's a bit of an uphill walk. We opted to leave our car in the airbnb's free parking and taking a taxi instead (it was very cheap around 70php per trip only) since it's easy to hail one from there anyways. Would definitely stay here again when we come back to Baguio.

Host was responsive. As in! He immediately replied, mabilis kausap. Kaya kahit last minute booking pero maayos kausap. What I loved about this booking: 1. Smart entrance lock - Security is important kaya super loved this. 2. Accommodating Host - I asked if okay early check-in, He said yes agad! Didn’t even ask what time. And NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE. 4. Quality Mattress and pillows - malinis ang sheets, walang smell 5. WI-FI - FAST!!!! I worked and wala ako naging problem 4. Peaceful environment 5. Mabait ang guards - You’d feel safe Medyo challenge lang ang location kasi didn’t bring a private car kaya hirap mag-Grab or taxi. The unit is located near the session road (night market) and SM Baguio. A bit far from Jeepney terminal but taxis are easy to hail. Recommended for solo travelers :) The room is clean and has basic necessities, there's also a Family Mart beside the lobby for drinking water. The host and Mam Cristy are approachable amd accommodating. Thank you!

We had a wonderful 4-day, 3-night stay in Baguio, and it was made even better by our gracious host, Ms. Ruby. The place was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing trip. Communication with Ms. Ruby was smooth from start to finish—she was very accommodating and thoughtful throughout our stay. The only minor downside was the TV, which we didn’t end up using as it wasn’t compatible with YouTube or Netflix. But this was clearly mentioned in the listing, so no surprises there. Besides, with Baguio’s beautiful scenery and cool weather, we didn’t miss it at all. Overall, it was a great experience, and we’d definitely love to stay here again next time we’re in Baguio!

We had a great time staying at her place. As much as we wanted to stay a little longer because 4 days is not enough the place is homey and quiet. Wel will definitely comeback to her place.
