Chaillac Self contained Studio

The studio is five minutes walk to the centre of Chaillac, with its bars, restaurants and supermarket. Walk the other way and you are at the lake, with its beach and picnic areas. Free parking. The studio has a private entrance, and is up one flight of stairs. We provide a double bed, and a sofa bed, kitchen, dining lounge area and a separate shower room. The kitchen is equipped with fridge, microwave, two ring hob and kettle. The television has French channels, but has hdmi and USB ports.

Former 250 m2 hunting pavilion located in a park of 2 hectares of landscaped, the house is perfectly equipped. It was completely restored in 2014. Furnished in a fairly contemporary style, it offers, summer and winter, a soothing setting in the heart of the nature. The swimming pool (9x4) is made of concrete, heated to 25 degrees from May to September.
