Located in one of the liveliest neighborhoods in Toulouse between Place de la Bourse, Daurade and Capitole, but in a very quiet inner courtyard! Aymeric has all the qualities you can expect from a host: responsiveness, reliability, kindness and kindness! In short, an address to only share with friends ;-)

The newly renovated, small apartment, located in a quiet backyard, was beautifully furnished by Jean-Baptist and offers all comforts. The location is ideal for exploring the beautiful city of Toulouse. Jean-Baptiste is a very friendly and communicative host. He takes a lot of time to explain and gives great tips for exploring the city. I highly recommend this address.

We stayed in a different apartment than this listing, but on the same street. It was gorgeous. It's the most immaculate place we've stayed in France, as well. We were able to park a couple of blocks away on the street. There were stairs, which were fine for us but may be difficult for others. It's right in the heart of the old part of Castanet Tolosan, close to a delicious bakery and restaurant. I highly recommend it!

Very nice clean modern apartment with great parking. Good as a base to explore area. Walkable to main city area (which we did twice) but an uber probably best on a hot day when it’s 36 degrees and you have a dog! 😃

Beautiful place!! Well renovated and with a description that represents the home very well! Beautiful neighborhood. Small points to improve but which do not change my satisfaction. Emails in 4 different languages end up confusing us instead of guiding us. The code provided didn't work so we had to use the "emergency" key. The air conditioning wasn't working. Looking forward to it and thanks for everything!!!

We had a pleasant little stay at this place, which is very functional and convenient. We only used it for sleeping, so we didn't really enjoy the outside, but the inside offered everything we needed. The host was very responsive, professional and available, with clear instructions for check-in and check-out, which made our stay very simple and smooth. We particularly enjoyed the small touches: towels, bedding, dishwashing liquid and coffee available — this is not always the case elsewhere. The only small downside would be the garden, which deserves a little tidying up to be more welcoming, even if it didn't really bother us because we didn't enjoy it. Thanks again to the host for hosting us and for their responsiveness!

We absolutely loved our stay at Chateaux de Jean. It was a heavenly 4 days on this beautiful estate and the accommodation has everything we needed. It was a dream come true to stay in a chateaux in France.

We were there for a bachelor party, Christian hosted us perfectly, everything went perfectly well. Villa worthy of a 5-star hotel. Very new and perfectly clean accommodation. Our host was available to us as soon as we needed it. Exceptional view of the Toulouse hinterland. Note the seemingly significant wind exposure. We had a lovely time in Toulouse and very much enjoyed staying in Jean-Marc's appartment. It was very clean and modern with views across the city. The city centre is easy to get to by cycling or walking. Jean-Marc was very friendly and happy to help if we needed anything. The bakery outside was also very good.

Amazing home. Very well appointed with anything you may need. Right in the center of the city, with a bakery 2 minutes away, excellent restaurants and walking distance to the river, the museums and historical features. At the same time. It is located in a quiet courtyard where the noise from the street is not heard. It is very well decorated with art works and tons of books to peruse. Highly recommended. My husband and I stayed there for a week in May with our grown up grandson and we all had a fabulous time Thank you Maryvonne.

Arrival at the end of the day with welcome and explanations about the air conditioning etc. Quiet residence with easy parking. Possible tram on foot to reach the city center. Very clean and spacious accommodation. Comfortable sofa bed.

We spent 3 nights at Emilie's place. The accommodation is cozy, very clean and functional. The metro is right next door and the city is easily accessible on foot. I recommend it!
