We had a great time, the house was very nice. Too bad the good weather didn't show up, we'll come back to enjoy the great outdoor space.

A really enjoyable stay in this particularly warm house. The large covered terrace is really nice, we were able to spend our week outside even on rainy days! The swimming pool with its small beach is excellent, petanque court also, all away from any prying eyes It's a very quiet place and we were able to take many walks in the surrounding vineyards. I recommend it!

Accommodation suitable for up to 6 adults. Lost village with only a restaurant nonetheless very good. Air conditioning is actually only on the landing so not in the living room. With an average of 30 degrees only we managed to manage by closing the shutters. Large parking spot for 3 cars. Quiet neighborhood except when the neighbors are doing work but the host couldn't help it. Very responsive to address a slight technical problem with light bulbs to change. Nice big lot. Very well heated swimming pool and very nice solarium. Overall very satisfied.

We had a lovely stay at this gite. Isabelle and Fabrice were very welcoming and communication was smooth from start to finish. The accommodation is in a great location, a short drive to Montpellier and the beaches, in the pretty village of Assas. The environment is quiet and relaxing, with the Château d'Assas nearby — perfect for a relaxing time. A beautiful place that I would recommend without hesitation!

Christelle was a very good and friendly host. The house is beautiful and has an olive tree on the terrace that provides shade. The beach is a few meters away, unfortunately has no promenade, but the sea is ideal for surfers. We spent nice days with our dog. We will be happy to come back.

Fantastic stay! We were lulled by the sound of the waves and we never got tired of the sea view. The beach is really at the foot of the building. The apartment is welcoming and well decorated. 20 min walk to the center of Palavas.

Very friendly couple and family atmosphere. JD is a very nice host who is easy to talk to. Accommodation is nice despite the heat of the season. We'll be back soon to get away from it all in this place.
