Host and house manager were super helpful and lovely! Perfect for a getaway with friends to enjoy the pool, sun, and time together. Had an amazing time :)

I am giving 5-stars because after sending a list of concerns with my stay, Erick sent a prompt and thoughtful response. I hope that mgmt will take the suggestions to make the property better for future guests. There is no physical key for the front door and the electronic key app requires Bluetooth to work properly. The interior has areas that require updating and/or maintenance but it is nice to be able to rent the house per room. Most smaller rentals on property are the condos at Altos de Chavon or the Marina, so it's nice to have a house--that has mango and pomarossa trees in the yard! The bed is comfortable and the a/c in the bedroom works well and is not noisy. The kitchen condiments were limited but I did just leave a fresh olive oil for guests staying soon! Communication was hit-or-miss. Sometimes I needed to follow-up with a nudge, other times it was prompt.

Beautiful villa, wonderful staff. Was even nicer than the photos, had a great location and seemed to be bigger / have more bathrooms than the listing showed! Will definitely come again! The staff are extremely helpful and cooked a wonderful breakfast and lunch every day. Comfortably slept 12 people!

Sandra and this villa made our vacation one of our very best at Casa de Campo. She was very kind and responsive and made the arrangements easy. the place was perfect for me and my two grown kids and we hope to go back! Thank you Sandra!

I recommend Villa Karamelo. It is an adventure getting there (rent a car!), and worth it for a quiet getaway. We had 6 adults (3 couples), which is the perfect group size for this place. The backyard pool and nearby beach are both nice. The Beach Club was excellenté, and the grocery store (30 min drive) has everything you could need. There is a minimart at the community's entrance but it is expensive and has limited options. The host is HIGHLY responsive and helpful. The community feels very safe once you get inside. A few small things would make this 6/5 stars... 1) A guest book with info on the area. 2) Dressers in the bedroom to unpack. 3) Lounge chairs in the backyard. 4) A communal lounge/tv area in the house. Overall, this was a great trip and well worth the price. More adventerous than the all-inclusives, but HEY--that's why we're all on AirBNB!

We enjoyed our stay! This was a perfect place and layout for a family of five. Everything was super clean and the views are beautiful. The hosts are responsive and helpful and…Nuris makes your stay out of this world. Nuris cooked breakfast daily which was a big treat for me and food my kids are missing. I highly recommend this place - better than photos, centrally located and the best part you’ll be in good hands prior to arrival and during your stay. Things to note: renting a golf cart a plus. Bring shampoo and conditioner (body soap is provided) and there is a sound bar on outside patio for your use - I didn’t see it the first days. Stop looking — book this place!

We had a fantastic month-long stay at Jose’s house in Casa de Campo! The home was incredibly spacious and spotless upon arrival. Maria was so warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the start and made delicious breakfasts and lunches - she even helped with laundry! The mini playground and pool was perfect for the kids - spent hours and hours each day in there! The location couldn’t have been better either. Just five minutes from the beach and hotel, and ten minutes from the Marina, where we found some amazing restaurants. The golf carts made getting around super easy and it was a fun way to explore Casa De Campo - it's truly a huge compound with SO much to do and see. Jose was an incredible host! He is super responsive and always helpful whenever we needed anything. Thank you! While the house is a little dated and could use some minor maintenance, it didn’t take away from the overall experience. We truly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend staying here!

Patricia was extremely responsive, friendly and helpful, especially in the days leading to our stay, where she helped us navigate the requirements for entry into a private setting, ensuring our access was smooth and efficient. During the stay, she alerted us of a minor maintenance issue. Overall, an excellent host for a very nice property. Highly recommended.

We had an excellent stay at Manuel’s place. He was always very responsive and helpful with our questions. He was incredibly helpful during a medical emergency with our son and helped arrange an ambulance to the hospital - thank you Manuel. The villa is gorgeous, so much space and the pool area is spectacular. The staff are wonderful - Johadies cooking is brilliant and Enrique was so attentive - he made the best Pina Coladas we’ve ever had! Santa was also very friendly. English isn’t spoken but we got by with Google translate. Johadies has a menu of meals to chose from, she will then write you a list of groceries and you can go to the supermarket in the marina to purchase - all very easy. The villa is excellently located for the beach and the pool. We can’t wait to come back to Casa and stay at Los Lagos again! Thank you!

Our stay at this Airbnb was nothing short of amazing! The house exceeded all expectations—it’s even better than the pictures. Claudia is hands down the most communicative and responsive host I’ve ever worked with. She made the entire experience seamless and enjoyable. The staff was absolutely wonderful—so helpful and welcoming. Their cooking was incredible, making our stay feel even more special. The entire property was spotless, with clean and comfortable spaces throughout. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep every night. The location within CDC is ideal, providing convenient access to everything we needed. I can’t recommend this place enough! Thank you, Claudia and team, for such an unforgettable experience.

We had the most amazing trip in this beautiful home. The private and peaceful yard / pool, helpful cleaning and tasty breakfast, prompt and friendly concierge who went above and beyond, and of course the perfect location were all highlights. The rooms were big as shown and very comfortable. The backyard and pool were super relaxing. The large indoor / outdoor living room areas were great to lounge in. Our concierge helped us with every aspect of the trip, from groceries to reservations as well. Couldn’t speak more highly about this villa! Thank you!!

Claudia and her family were great hosts! We had a wonderful time at their home. The location is perfect, and we loved having access to the golf carts. They went out of their way to accommodate our toddler. Rooms, closets and bathrooms were all spacious and the house would comfortable fit two young families!

Peaceful home next to the golf course. Comfortable, great accommodations, fully equipped kitchen. My family and I had a great time and will definitely come back.

Beautiful house, better than in pictures. Spotless clean a lot of space. Everything you need to cook, lots of amenities including washrr and dryer; internet in all house smart rvs in the rooms and living room. Wakable distance to beach, stores abd restaurants. Best host ever was Miguel, always responsive and attentive. Definetly will be back again!

We had a pleasant 3 night stay at Sonia's place in Winter of '23. The house is large, spacious, and a good value. The housekeeper Kenya was present all day and she was very helpful and nice. Sonia is an experienced host!
