Estadía perfecta! El anfitrión fue increíblemente atento, amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. El alojamiento estaba impecable, tal como se muestra en las fotos, con todos los detalles cuidados para que la experiencia fuera cómoda y agradable. La ubicación es excelente y la comunicación fue rápida y clara en todo momento. Sin duda volveríamos. ¡Gracias por todo!

I am giving 5-stars because after sending a list of concerns with my stay, Erick sent a prompt and thoughtful response. I hope that mgmt will take the suggestions to make the property better for future guests. There is no physical key for the front door and the electronic key app requires Bluetooth to work properly. The interior has areas that require updating and/or maintenance but it is nice to be able to rent the house per room. Most smaller rentals on property are the condos at Altos de Chavon or the Marina, so it's nice to have a house--that has mango and pomarossa trees in the yard! The bed is comfortable and the a/c in the bedroom works well and is not noisy. The kitchen condiments were limited but I did just leave a fresh olive oil for guests staying soon! Communication was hit-or-miss. Sometimes I needed to follow-up with a nudge, other times it was prompt.

Beautiful villa, wonderful staff. Was even nicer than the photos, had a great location and seemed to be bigger / have more bathrooms than the listing showed! Will definitely come again! The staff are extremely helpful and cooked a wonderful breakfast and lunch every day. Comfortably slept 12 people!

Sandra and this villa made our vacation one of our very best at Casa de Campo. She was very kind and responsive and made the arrangements easy. the place was perfect for me and my two grown kids and we hope to go back! Thank you Sandra!

I recommend Villa Karamelo. It is an adventure getting there (rent a car!), and worth it for a quiet getaway. We had 6 adults (3 couples), which is the perfect group size for this place. The backyard pool and nearby beach are both nice. The Beach Club was excellenté, and the grocery store (30 min drive) has everything you could need. There is a minimart at the community's entrance but it is expensive and has limited options. The host is HIGHLY responsive and helpful. The community feels very safe once you get inside. A few small things would make this 6/5 stars... 1) A guest book with info on the area. 2) Dressers in the bedroom to unpack. 3) Lounge chairs in the backyard. 4) A communal lounge/tv area in the house. Overall, this was a great trip and well worth the price. More adventerous than the all-inclusives, but HEY--that's why we're all on AirBNB!

¡Tuvimos una estadía increíble en esta hermosa villa! Las vistas eran impresionantes, el lugar estaba limpio, amplio y tenía todo lo necesario para una escapada cómoda y relajante. La piscina privada y el área exterior fueron perfectas para disfrutar del sol. Lo que más nos gustó fue la flexibilidad y amabilidad del anfitrión. Se adaptaron a nuestras necesidades y siempre estuvieron atentos para ayudarnos, incluso con excelentes recomendaciones locales. De verdad hicieron que todo fuera fácil y sin estrés. ¡Estamos muy agradecidos y sin duda volveriamos!

We enjoyed our stay! This was a perfect place and layout for a family of five. Everything was super clean and the views are beautiful. The hosts are responsive and helpful and…Nuris makes your stay out of this world. Nuris cooked breakfast daily which was a big treat for me and food my kids are missing. I highly recommend this place - better than photos, centrally located and the best part you’ll be in good hands prior to arrival and during your stay. Things to note: renting a golf cart a plus. Bring shampoo and conditioner (body soap is provided) and there is a sound bar on outside patio for your use - I didn’t see it the first days. Stop looking — book this place!

Patricia was extremely responsive, friendly and helpful, especially in the days leading to our stay, where she helped us navigate the requirements for entry into a private setting, ensuring our access was smooth and efficient. During the stay, she alerted us of a minor maintenance issue. Overall, an excellent host for a very nice property. Highly recommended.

We had an amazing time! Thank you Karen and team for making our vacation so enjoyable. The highlight was Johnny getting us fresh coconut water daily. Great location, comfortable house and will definitely rebook.

We had an excellent stay at Manuel’s place. He was always very responsive and helpful with our questions. He was incredibly helpful during a medical emergency with our son and helped arrange an ambulance to the hospital - thank you Manuel. The villa is gorgeous, so much space and the pool area is spectacular. The staff are wonderful - Johadies cooking is brilliant and Enrique was so attentive - he made the best Pina Coladas we’ve ever had! Santa was also very friendly. English isn’t spoken but we got by with Google translate. Johadies has a menu of meals to chose from, she will then write you a list of groceries and you can go to the supermarket in the marina to purchase - all very easy. The villa is excellently located for the beach and the pool. We can’t wait to come back to Casa and stay at Los Lagos again! Thank you!

We had the most amazing trip in this beautiful home. The private and peaceful yard / pool, helpful cleaning and tasty breakfast, prompt and friendly concierge who went above and beyond, and of course the perfect location were all highlights. The rooms were big as shown and very comfortable. The backyard and pool were super relaxing. The large indoor / outdoor living room areas were great to lounge in. Our concierge helped us with every aspect of the trip, from groceries to reservations as well. Couldn’t speak more highly about this villa! Thank you!!

Eduardo was a very responsive and helpful host. house was great .the staff were very helpful from cooking to cleaning. would definately recommend this house. looking forward to our next visit.

Il soggiorno a casa di Claudia è stato davvero piacevole ed entusiasmante. La casa è favolosa, ancora più bella ed accogliente di quanto potessimo immaginare dalle fotografie. Organizzata ottimamente risponde ampiamente a tutte le necessità degli ospiti. Gli arredi sono nuovi e molte ben tenuti, le camere e le zone giorno sono ampie ed accoglienti. Il giardino, la piscina ed il patio sono di grande vivibilità e rendono il soggiorno veramente speciale. Un ringraziamento anche alla cara Mary, che si e’ dimostrata un ottimo aiuto per noi in casa. Claudia è semplicemente fantastica, sempre disponibile, attiva su ogni nostra richiesta, sempre presente e risolutiva! Super super consigliato !

Peaceful home next to the golf course. Comfortable, great accommodations, fully equipped kitchen. My family and I had a great time and will definitely come back.

We had an unforgettable stay at Casa Maya! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the beauty of the villa. The spacious layout, modern design, and breathtaking views made it the perfect spot for our getaway. The outdoor areas were just as impressive, with a stunning pool and plenty of space to relax in the sun. The villa was fully equipped with everything we needed, from a fully stocked kitchen to cozy, comfortable bedrooms. It was easy to unwind here, and the tranquil atmosphere made it hard to leave! The host was incredibly welcoming, making sure we had everything we needed to feel at home. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and are already planning our next trip. Highly recommend Casa Maya for anyone looking for a luxurious, relaxing vacation in the Dominican Republic!

la casa es muy grande, tenía todas las comidades, aprovechamos todas!! No me gustó que la estadía si sacabas para 5 o 6 salía lo mismo. reservamos para 5 y después se unió un amigo más, y no lo aceptaron por el mismo precio. incluso el terminó pagando más que nosotros. Podría haber hecho una salvedad a mi criterio. Fuera de eso, todo muy bueno. Recomendable

Me encantó, el patio es muyy bonito, Kenia fue muy servicial y la Sra Sonia nos dió todas las instrucciones muy amablemente. Es de fácil acceso y los baños estaban impecables. La casa es muy fresca!! Todo funcionaba y el área es muy bonita!!
