Great place and location . Brilliant week all round

Accommodation near the city center, quiet, very clean, very well-equipped, just a downside, we don't capture very well with our mobile phones. The accommodation is lovely.

We were very satisfied. The place had everything in the immediate vicinity, a nice beach, many good restaurants and a supermarket where you can get everything. The place was small but absolutely sufficient for two people, the kitchen had almost everything you need (unfortunately no wine opener, thought that was a prerequisite in France ;) )

The stay went very well. There was what was needed in the AirBnb (coffee maker and coffee, kettle, salt, oil, etc.) and it was clean. The location was great, even better than in the city center because it allowed you to enjoy the Minimes with a beach and a very nice landscape.

Although the contact was never direct, Sylvain was a thoughtful, responsive and anxious host to welcome us in the best possible way. The apartment, despite its modest proportions, offers all the comfort you can expect. Its ideal location also allows access by foot to everything that, in the historic Rochefort, is worth a visit, from its famous arsenal to the old port, from its Marine Museum to its unspoiled fortifications, from its buccaneer cafes to its antique bookshops.

Bonjour, Regarding access: 5 minutes from the bus that leads to the train station. In the "old" La Rochelle, 15 minutes walk from the "incessant tumult" of the port and about 40 minutes from the austerity of the "Les Minimes" area. Regarding the environment: many shops and restaurants around, including markets that are full of very high quality fruits and vegetables and an array of hallucinating seafood, about 10 minutes away (this every day!). Shopping available everywhere and especially very good pastries and bakeries. A favorite for the place. It feels really good. A furnished and functional kitchen for those who wish to cook and a table for 10 people (Carrefour Market 5 minutes away, Naturalia 2 minutes away...). A large bedroom... Beautiful volumes and even cozy time. The owners are smiling, friendly. I have recommended and will definitely be back. Thank you Elisabeth and Pascal for these excellent conditions of stay.

We had a lovely stay at this place. We discovered La Couarde, which we really liked (central square on the island, caterers, covered market with few stalls but quality, kindness of the people we met ...). We were a little far from the center on foot but we didn't mind (25 minute walk). The residence where the accommodation is located is very pleasant and has all the amenities (tennis court, ping pong table in a covered place, small green space...) Only thing a little inconvenient to the noise from the road to Ars. The interior of the accommodation was very nice and cozy, with a large comfortable sofa and a large table, the bedding was fine and all the kitchenware was there. Communication with our host was discreet

We had a wonderful week's vacation, the beach is nearby! Everything is very well thought out in the house. The garden is very pleasant, the calm invites you to relax. A big thank you to Yann and Isabelle for their warm welcome.

lovely house! crossing point with the roundabout but quiet! off-center but we always found a place to park! lack of lighting on the terrace because dinner in the dark! small downside on the bathrooms: very little flow in the only hot shower (for 6 to 8 people) and only one toilet is complicated!

I spent a charming stay with my little dog at Sarah's... Vast and warm house... Perfectly clean...decorated with great taste... in terms of equipment nothing is missing up to the last detail...A small green path right next door to take out your loulous...Sarah is very responsive, always attentive to the slightest problem...I highly recommend this address...

Thanks to Chantal for her availability during our exchanges and her very friendly little visit. The accommodation is clean, comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen. Large garage very useful for storing bikes and a closed yard that our little dog enjoyed. We recommend this property.

Brigitte is a welcoming and very responsive person. Excellent contact. The location is exceptional, close to all amenities, the beach and the city center. It's easy to park, which is rather rare in La Rochelle.

Clean and functional accommodation. Responsive host, clear instruction. Highlight: parking space included with the accommodation, close to the city center on foot.

Melanie's studio is perfectly located to enjoy the island of Ré. Bike rental next door. The beach at the end of the street is great! Communication with Melanie was very quick and smooth. Two small downsides, the noise caused by the front door of the residence and the bike room too small!!!

We had a pleasant stay. Well located, well-equipped overall, clean. Host responsive to messages (we had difficulty finding the right house number). Nice little accommodation for 2 that we recommend, with a nice little terrace. Almost empty residence in early June (and not many people on the island of Oleron in general), so it was even more pleasant.

Lilianne et Luc were so lovely. very caring. We felt very welcome. They were always offering to do more.
