This house (LA MAISON DES IRIS) offers you an extraordinary location in Southern Burgundy on the border with the Beaujolais. With direct access to world-class wines, beautiful landscapes, rich history and beautiful places. All this within cycling distance of famous wine villages such as Solutré-Pouilly, Fuissé, Saint-Vérand, Vergisson and picturesque villages such as Milly Lamartine, La Roche Vineuse, Verzé. In June, July and August, the house is only rented from Saturday to Saturday.

We welcome you in our cozy nest completely renovated by us. You will sleep in a charming outbuilding which is located not far from our house (no common wall). This suite is bathed in light thanks to a large skylight. You will appreciate the place, the calm and the surrounding serenity. You will be totally independent with your parking space which is located under your accommodation. Our balneotherapy is very pleasant with its massaging jets, bubbles and 2 waterfalls.

The vineyard enclosure

Charming independent 2-room duplex located in a property in the heart of the vineyards of Pouilly-Fuissé, Saint-Véran and Mâcon-Blanc facing the emblematic Roche de Solutré in Southern Burgundy. The 50 m2 accommodation, completely restored in 2018, includes a kitchen/living room with sofa bed, a large upstairs bedroom with air conditioning and shower room and toilet. Access to the property is secured by an automatic gate. Parking is available for 2 vehicles.

The old village grocery store – Independent studio

Charming studio with shower room and kitchenette for your comfort on the ground floor of a historic house overlooking the Pouilly-Fuissé vineyards. Welcome to one of the oldest houses in the village of Vergisson, formerly the local grocery store, now renovated into a comfortable studio full of character for your stay. Located on the ground floor, our suite, with its private entrance, offers all the comforts necessary to make your stay pleasant.

Special COVID 19 measures in place to protect guests and hosts. The Unexpected Parenthesis is located in a common courtyard, in a quiet green setting. 10 minutes from Mâcon center and close to the TGV station, highway tolls and RCEA. We live there and can advise travelers on how to discover the region. Cellar tour and tasting, goat and cattle farm. Greenway nearby. Bike loan available Shared library. Board games. Nestled in the heart of the Val Lamartinien, this fully renovated 65m² gîte, with views over the vineyards 🍇, is housed in an outbuilding adjoining our 1870s home, situated in the village’s historic quarter. 📅Bookings available by the night all year round. ☀️During the summer season: stays of at least 1 week are preferred, and bookings for shorter stays can only be made 1 month in advance.
