Fully equipped house. Responsive host. We had a very large van which was a problem getting into designated parking gate. We would stay again but we would arrive in a much smaller vehicle. The view was amazing.

far away, very good accommodation for a family group, comfortable and very complete. safe parking and easy to get to. easy access to move around Santiago. the host a seven. I absolutely recommend this accommodation. There were 6 of us, and we were very comfortable and happy.

The house is as shown in the pictures...very comfortable. As a suggestion, I would put a handrail on the stairs and also leave a spare key, because sometimes people want to go to different places. The rooms have an incredible view of the Andres mountain range, it is heated, the shower works well, in short, everything is perfect.

David’s place is super cozy — it really feels like home! The location in Barrio Italia is amazing, with everything you need just around the corner. It was our first time visiting Santiago for tourism, and staying here made it even more special. David was always kind, helpful, and full of great recommendations. I totally recommend this place and would definitely come back!

We had an amazing stay at Alberto and his wife's place! We spent more than two weeks there with my family and were extremely well received. Excellent place to enjoy and relax. The room is cozy, but the stairs to get to it are a bit uncomfortable. The host is very friendly and clear in her directions. Highly recommended place!

The apartment is exactly as advertised. It is a building in the back of a house, with a separate entrance. Monica and her family are super friendly and hospitable, always attentive to any need that may arise. The place may be a bit cold but it has an air conditioner that can easily heat the room. I went in May. Beautiful, beautiful, wonderful view of the Andes, as advertised. Close to the subway station, which connects you to all of Santiago. Regarding the tours that leave around 5 a.m., it is easy to find an Uber in Santiago at that time, even easier than in the afternoon.

We loved the decor and the art, you can see the good taste in every detail. Everything is as shown in the pictures. In addition, Camilo was an excellent host, very attentive and always available. Second time staying in the apartment, it feels like home, it has everything you need for several days of stay, walking 5-7 min from the entrance to the national stadium in the back area where the contact center is, you can walk safely in the area.

Sabrina’s place was wonderful! It offers a beautiful view of Santiago and is a cozy, inviting space. We loved the location in Ñuñoa—it felt very safe and secure, and the neighborhood was charming. We would highly recommend this stay to anyone visiting the city. One small note for future guests: while the kitchen is well-stocked with essentials like plates, cutlery, cups, and glasses, it has very limited and worn down cookware, so preparing full meals isn’t really possible. Overall, we had a great experience and really enjoyed our time here!
