We spent 2 months in the accommodation, we felt very comfortable and at ease in it. Germán is always very attentive and helpful to make our stay excellent. Beautiful building in general, good location in the Ñuñoa commune, meters from the Chile España subway station and bar area. The apartment is very well equipped, with everything you need to feel at home. It also has a beautiful view of Santiago (we already miss it) and the garage is super comfortable. Thank you Germán for everything! We would definitely choose it again 🇦🇷🇨🇱

The apartment is as shown in the photos; the concierge greeted us at check-in time. Comfortable garage for the van we rented. Everything worked, it has heating, a fully equipped kitchen. Bedding in good condition. Everything is very good, nothing to disagree with

The accommodation matches the description, nice clean place, the only thing is that the TV could use cable or something like that, the rest was all perfect.

I had a great stay at Josue's apartment. It's exactly like the photos, very clean and modern. The space is on the smaller side, but the larger windows and absolutely gorgeous view make the space feel larger. The neighbourhood feels very safe, and the apartment has 24 hour security so I always felt safe. The area is quiet and peaceful, walking distance to some parks which were great as I was there with my dog. Cafes right on your doorstep, and the metro and shops all within walking distance. It's a bit outside the hustle and bustle tourist area, but I preferred that. Josue was responsive to any questions I had. Would stay again if visiting Santiago.

Very peaceful property that felt very safe. There were many bars, restaurants, and shopping within walking distance. The underground parking provided a very secure spot to park our car.

Nothing to say about the loft, it is private and has all the amenities, and the house has a sociable and friendly atmosphere. The stay at Karina's house was great, the apartment was very nice and clean, the highlight of the apartment is the location, right next to the subway, with everything nearby, really perfect. Communication with Karina was great, she always responded very quickly. The building's doormen, all very kind. My family and I spent incredible days in Chile. Super I recommend the apartment.

We stayed about 8 days in the apartment, and loved the experience. The property is very close to subway stations, shopping and market, and you can do a lot on foot, it's excellent! The apartment has everything we need for a great stay, such as a stove, microwave and heater! I recommend it!
