Vacation rentals with a fireplace in La Quinta

The host is wonderful and very responsive. The location can’t be beat! Right on the creek with floor to ceiling windows. With a short walk we were at the brewery and were near the shops, pharmacy, galleries, and great restaurants. The property has many bird feeders that are visited by colorful birds and squirrels. The home is pet-friendly with a fantastic fenced yard and large bolstered dog bed. Our dog had so much to sniff, and she rested comfortably while inside. What isn’t noted in the description is that although there are 2 bathrooms, there is only 1 shower and no tub. The bathroom without a shower or tub is carpeted and doesn’t have a heating source. Although the home is a bit dated, it is totally worth staying in. It’s bright, comfy, well located, the furnishings are cute, the fireplace is lovely, the aromatherapy humidifier is awesome, and the host is fantastic!

This is a dream mountain house! My husband and I absolutely loved everything about it! Gorgeous views in every room. Spacious living area with high ceilings, decorated with such great taste, sophistication and restraint. Well equipped kitchen, nicely remodeled bathrooms, spacious master bedroom with comfortable bed, a deck with endless views... And what a wonderful host: Astrid was so generous and kind, truly welcoming! We can't wait to stay here again!

Great stay and host was very responsive with communication. The house is very clean, well appointed and well taken care of. Our family had a relaxing time hanging out at the pool.

I've stayed at this house many times, and it's exquisite. It's a sublime relic from the old glory days of Palm Springs, with beautiful decor and a theater. The managers are always a text away if you need anything. The kitchen and some of the bathrooms have been renovated, so it definitely has modern touches. The Ruth Hardy park is across the street which is awesome for kids. It's my favorite place in Palm Springs, I give it as many stars as are in the sky. Lisa M

This place was absolutely perfect and exactly what we were hoping for. The Hosts were amazing! Any questions we had were responded to almost immediately. Would definitely stay again as this was a perfect getaway in the beautiful and quaint town of Idyllwild. Also, the beds were all very comfortable! Staying at an Airbnb you never know about the beds. Rest assured, these beds will guarantee a good night’s sleep.

The property was beautiful, comfortable, and just as descried in the listing. The outdoor space was fantastic, leading us to spend several hours per day outside in the pool and/or hot tub. The interior was comfortable and clean, with plenty of amenities to enhance the stay. Kylee was extremely responsive, and went above and beyond whenever we reached out. Would absolutely recommend this property to families who want to split time between in exploring the Palm Springs area and relaxing together poolside.

Beautiful cabin, the master bedroom was awesome and the patio areas and hot tub were relaxing.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and appreciate James' lending out his home for our visit. The heaters work well, beds are comfy, and we enjoyed playing some of the provided games at the table for a couple of hours during our stay. We had a quick overnight visit to Idyllwild, and found this to be a nice quiet place to rest for the evening. Overall a great stay!

We stayed here for Week 1 of Coachella and the location was perfect. The AC and fans were so nice considering how hot it was outside, spacious for being a 1 bedroom, and the bed was extremely comfy. Location wise it took us only 10 minutes to get to the festival. Food & shopping was a 5 minute walk right across the street that had great restaurants and cafes for morning coffee & breakfast. Alex was super flexible & responsive with us when requesting an early check in. Thank you guys we really appreciate it!

The place was perfect! Spacious, comforting, and exactly what me and my wife needed for the stay. Easy communicating with the host as well, anytime I travel to this area I hope I have the opportunity to book again!

We loved staying at the Villas! The air bnb was super comfy and spacious, not to mention how gorgeous it was. The condo is super calm and organized, there are beautiful flowers everywhere. It is super well located, within 10 mins of multiple restaurants and Empire Polo Club. Hosts were very proactive in messaging and sending instructions. Everyone was very clear from the moment we booked. They were very thoughtful, leaving a few festival care items and we loved staying at their air bnb!! Thank you so much for making this experience so great.

Alicia's apartment is very comfortable, cute, super well outfitted and quiet. Convenient parking under the carport at front door. Lovely grounds and views. Very easy check in with clear instruction; the host is very responsive and super friendly. Hope to be back!

This Airbnb is located ideally next to La Quinta Resort. The unit is located close to the main pool and the reserved parking space is a bonus. Unit has everything needed and conveniently labeled. Overall, great unit and location.

We really liked the location, the place had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed hanging out on the front porch and watching people walk by on their way downtown.

My only concern about giving this fabulous place a perfect review (which definitely deserves) is that I need to make sure it's available next year for Coachella again!! It really was the perfect place for us to stay during the festival. Not just close to the event but exactly what we needed when we came home - the most comfortable beds and peaceful neighborhood to recuperate, pristine bathrooms/kitchen and a fab pool right in front to relax. Great stay at Alisa’s. It was a blast for my family, both kids loved the pool and roamed the house freely. We played games, had a BBQ and were only a 5 min drive to the Aerial Tram! Would stay again.

La Quinta Resort is beautiful and staying on the resort property at Amy and Chris's place - takes the vacation to the next level - perfect. Having a kitchen is a game changer. There is so much to enjoy on the grounds. The beautiful, serene and peaceful Spa Villa swimming pool and beautiful surroundings make this stay an A+.

I’m incredibly pleased with my first Airbnb experience especially having amazing hosts like Nick & Karen! From the beginning they were very responsive and helpful. They sent clear instructions and details right away and were always friendly. Their home is beautiful and in a safe location. It was easy to find anything needed in the home and they even have pool toys to enhance your pool use. The backyard is extremely gorgeous, spacious, and clean. It’s a great place for a family like my own, or even a group of friends. You will be very satisfied if you choose to stay in this home!

This place was absolute paradise. We hosted our joint Bachelor/Bachelorette party here and truly felt like we had our own private resort at this house. For a fee, the host is open to early check in and pool heating, which we took advantage of and are so glad we did! Beyond this, the host was so incredibly responsive and kind — especially for any questions or problems that popped up for us during or ahead of our stay. We are a responsible group, but the host really let us make the most of our time here — allowing us to bring in decor, a hibachi chef, etc. This weekend was (and I speak for the whole group when I say) one of the best of our lives, and this incredible home and all its brilliant amenities played a huge role in that. 💕
