Monthly Rentals in La Plaine Saint-Denis

My wife and I had an incredible stay in the apartment. It was clean and tidy and fully equipped. Relatively close to the metro for easy travel to and from the centre of Paris and all the attractions. Would absolutely stay again and recommend to anyone.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Rita’s apartment! The location is perfect — in a quiet and peaceful area, yet still close to everything we needed, including shops, cafes, and public transport. One of the absolute highlights was the balcony with a stunning view of the Eiffel Tower — it was magical to wake up to such a beautiful sight and enjoy quiet evenings with that view. The apartment was spotless, very cozy, and exactly as shown in the photos. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay, and we immediately felt at home. Rita was an exceptional host — warm, friendly, and always available whenever we had a question. Communication was smooth from the start, and the check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow. You can really tell that she cares about her guests and puts her heart into creating a great experience. We’re very grateful for the hospitality and would absolutely love to stay here again. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Paris!

Samuel is a super host. His apartment is very beautiful, very tidy, and extremely well equipped. He offers additional amenities beyond those listed on Airbnb. He was also very kind and helped us with clear directions regarding some questions we had. The apartment, although located on the outskirts of Paris, is very close to the metro station and it’s very easy to get to Paris by metro.

An absolutely wonderful stay at Melanies. Loads of clear communication before arriving making a late night check in very easy. The apartment itself is beautiful and located in a quiet, peaceful neighbourhood with a train station close by making getting into the center cheap and convenient. Also, the sofa bed is the most comfortable I've ever slept on. This is a 5 star find through and through. I couldn't recommend it enough.
