Situated in the Paraje Natural Karst de Yeso, (Nature Reserve), of Los Molinos del Rio Aguas, Sorbas. La Casita contains the basic solar power requirements on a low energy consumption. The village is 5 minutes drive away with 3 bars, serving delicious food. 15 minutes away is the lovely town of Huercal-Overa where you can find all amenities including supermarkets, restaurants and beautiful architecture in the old town where you can while away many an hour with a drink and tapa. The coast is just 40 minutes drive.

Casa Los Chicos is situated at the lower end of the Almanzora Valley surrounded by Olive, Orange and Lemon groves affording stunning views of the area, but still only minutes away from the convenience of the A7/E15 Autovia. The house is immersed in the tranquillity of the Andalucian countryside in a small hamlet with plenty of walks available, the sound of birdsong and a fantastic view of the stars after sunset. The owners live on the premises together with their three pet dogs and four cats.
