Quiet apartment one block from the beach and pier # 2

I didn't get the green chair that appears in the picture, I got a slightly smaller but equally comfortable blue one, I stayed 6 days in peace, I love the beaches, the boardwalk, the prices, the friendly people, it's worth it, it's a fairly central place, it has a super good location, we were lucky to be able to walk to many places, which was great, something that wasn't so good was the difficulty of regulating the temperature in the shower, there wasn't much toilet paper, which they left for the days we paid and the television didn't work very well, but the hosts were attentive, they tried to solve it but we weren't so available since we tried to enjoy the city more than the apartment, I really appreciate their attention ☺️

The apartment is very nice and the location is excellent if they want to be close to the malecón and exit to the beaches. Note that it does not have parking and cannot be parked outside because it is a narrow street then it should be searched in streets around.

Antonio's place was super comfortable and well located. Antonio was absolutely lovely. He went above and beyond to help and support me in my stay and made me feel really at home. I would recommend his place to anyone visiting La Paz.

Pau's accommodation is beautiful and super clean. She is close to the promenade and she is due to take care of the necessary. I really value the cleanliness and this without a doubt 10/10. I'll definitely be back there ☺️

The accommodation is one of the most comfortable and practical in La Paz, the house had everything you need, including a beach umbrella that was super useful! Every day, the seawall is 2 streets walking, in the surroundings you find a lot of variety of restaurants, really the location is the most strategic to move to the beaches, Gabriel at all times was aware of our doubts, super recommended!

Very flexible and friendly hosts. Quiet and beautiful place to stay, close to Malecon (10 minutes by walk). Nice kitchen. Good for solo travelers, probably a little tight for couples. For a short stay I would book here again. For the price a good deal. Not suitable for people with limited mobility (many stairs). The immediate surroundings of the accommodation are not very nice, but you have enough space to park here.

Super good stay, everything was tidy and clean, communication was always available, there is a plus that it has a bike and you can ride the bike path 1km from the pier, I will be back soon
