Comfortable, safe and centrally located apartment.

Enjoy the simplicity of this place to stay. Apartment with a good location. One block from municipal transit, 10 minutes from the pier by car or downtown. 15 minutes away from the airport. Very close to Soriana, Sears, General Hospital and Government Offices. Close to Liverpool, Sams, Cinépolis and shopping plazas. A comfortable place in a quiet area (although construction is currently underway) perfect for resting after visiting family or a day at the beach.

Apartment 2 very close to the pier and equipped

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. A few blocks from the pier for quiet walks where there are cafes, bars in a family atmosphere. The space is for a couple, it has an additional sofa bed for an extra person, it has its equipped kitchenette, work area, double bed and a spacious bathroom with modern details, ideal for spending a few days, it does not have its own parking, it is on the street. Beautiful apartment, in one of the best areas of La Paz, enjoy this incredible apartment with friends and family. Features large spaces decorated to spend magical days. Furthermore, you can enjoy the incredible pool making your days a pleasant stay. You can also enjoy a small private pool included in your terrace. A six-minute drive to the pier and a 15-minute walk. Private parking and fast WiFi!
