Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in La Part-Dieu, Lyon

A beautiful cozy nest on the 2nd floor without elevator in a typical Lyon building. Large bed and large TVs in every room. We also had large windows to open and large "blackout" curtains perfect for us. A bonus, there is a music school next door and they play a nice atmosphere in the evening. We didn't miss anything on the equipment side. For a couple, I would recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay in Lyon at this space, recently renovated and very comfortable to relax in after a long day exploring. Very easy walk from the Perrache train station, and also going back and forth during our visit so close to the Ampere Metro station. The space itself has great proximity and an easy walk to so many neighborhoods in Lyon, and was very comfortable for two adults staying for a few days. Europe can get warm in the summer and while this apartment does not have air conditioning, fans were provided and we slept with the windows open mostly. During the weekends, some noise can be heard from passers-by below, but we were comfortable and it was expected. We really appreciated having accessible and easy to use washer/dryer and iron too. Would definitely love to visit again, Laura & Ed were gracious hosts!

We had a great time at Marine's place! She wasn't there but guided us perfectly to pick up the keys to the place, we were able to arrive at the time we wanted and it was very appreciable. The apartment is cozy, very clean, with all the necessary amenities. Mention +++ for Lola's toys that our daughter particularly enjoyed 😊 The accommodation is perfectly located, in a secure residence, Les Halles de Paul Bocuse is a 2 min walk, the Vieux Lyon district is easily accessible, Parc de la Tête d'Or is also a 20 min walk… it is a prime location for visiting Lyon! Had a nice stay at this apartment. The photos in the listing reflect what I saw there. Easy access, not too far from Part-Dieu station. It has everything you need and even a little more than what I'm used to seeing and finding, to spend several days comfortably. Spacious and quiet. I'll happily go back during future visits to Lyon.

Great flat in super convenient area. Modern and luxurious. I loved the automatic blinds in living room and bedroom. My only problem was at check in where I could not open the door where the keys are located and I had to bother the neighbor for help. We had to open the door with a knife. I’m sure Charles will get this problem fixed because he s a good host, even though he is not always on site.

Stéphane was extremely responsive. His property was more beautiful than pictured. I would recommend this property to family and friends and if I am lucky enough to return to Lyon I will be staying at Stéphane!

Alexis place was in a perfect location to explore the Vieux Lyon (old quarter). It is a VERY short 2 min. walk to the metro & also the funicular to the hillside Roman ruins & amazing church of Our Lady! The apartment requires walking up stairs but is in a charming old school building & the inside is modern & VERY clean! We highly recommend Alexis' place in Lyon!

Although our stay in this house was only related to a business trip and we spent most of our time at work, I must admit that the rented apartment met all our expectations – and even exceeded them. After long hours of work, we were happy to return to a quiet, clean and comfortable interior. The house was well heated, the beds were very comfortable, and the fast internet and desks allowed me to easily finish some of my duties remotely. The quiet neighborhood was conducive to rest and concentration – exactly what we needed after an intense day. I also appreciate the hosts' attention to detail – basic kitchen equipment, fresh towels, a coffee maker, and even some useful information about the area – all this made us feel more at home than in a "place to stay". I definitely recommend this house not only to tourists, but also to business travelers. If we are in the area again, we will be happy to come back.

Nice little apartment in a quiet courtyard. Everything is clean and modern. Perfect location in the city located right near the subway and every type of grocery, boutique and restaurant you could think of. Thanks for the stay!

Myriam place is huge and lots of rooms. You feel right at home! Great host! Would definitely come back.

The house is very beautiful, the bay windows in the living room have a lot of charm. All the equipment in the house is perfect. The only downside is the size of the beds, which are much too small when it's not couples sleeping in them. And when it comes to large size. We were with friends. Claustrophobes should refrain, the dormitory and attic.

Amazing, we highly recommend! The setting/view is just beautiful, the accommodation impeccable, the decoration is neat and tasteful, the bedding is perfect. The accommodation, although next to the farmhouse, offers pleasant privacy. Marianne is warm and very concerned about the well-being of her hosts both in her messages and in the details in the accommodation. We rented this place as part of a training course with 8 participants. Unmatched price compared to hotels and the value for money and services offered are much higher. The training room in the accommodation was what made us choose this place, it was perfect. Everyone had their own room and could retreat to work in peace while others enjoyed the backyard. Very well equipped accommodation in terms of bathrooms (5 for the whole accommodation and there are some on every floor), bathrooms in all rooms, 2 fridges and 2 coffee machines. We didn't step on each other's toes, but we were able to have a great time together instead of being alone in our hotel rooms. Our host (who we unfortunately did not have the pleasure of meeting) was always available to answer our questions and is very helpful. I highly recommend this listing and its host.

We had such a wonderful stay in this beautiful, quiet and clean house. The garden and the terrace were such a delight. Being 5 min from the city centre (by bus that just stopped outside) with a view over Lyon and the Alps and Mt. Blanc, and experiencing the quietness of the countryside with hens in the garden is something not to be missed. We had fresh eggs every morning! The hosts, Sam and Louis, are wonderful and professional in every respect. Upon our arrival, we were greeted with cheese, charcuterie and wine after being shown around the house, which is beautifully furnished with a high-tech kitchen, sound system and electrical shutters. The house can be extended to the terrace with large sliding doors. At the end of our week, the hosts gave us a ride to the train station (Perrace). This house is an absolute jewel, and I recommend it highly. I will definitely choose Sam and Louis as hosts next time I go to Lyon!

This location was peaceful, outside the city, and on convenient bus lines. We had a car because we had two children under 2 and that gave us flexibility, but loved the public transportation. The pool was clean and we used it a bit but weather was still a bit cool in late May. The outside eating table was fun and we also had a covered eating and cooking area which we used in the rain but didn’t cooking because we were home too late most evenings.

We had a great time at this apartment, the residence is very quiet, we had no difficulty parking nearby and the neighborhood is very nice. The tram is close by. This apartment has a lot of benefits. We would definitely recommend it.

Martini’s place was perfect for us. Easy to get to by public transport from Lyon Part-Dieu. Martinez’s rep Tina was lovely and came to rescue us when we accidentally went to the wrong building. The apartment was lovely and we ate there each night. We appreciated the washing machine and clothes rack so even though there was a dryer we didn’t need it. Martine was prompt in answering any questions. Highly recommended. Thank you Martine and Tina!

Alexis apartment was very comfortable and had all the amenities we needed for our 4 day stay. Easy to access the Perrache station and all the sites in Lyon. We were especially close to Brasserie Georges which was quite an experience and also visited the Museum of Deportation and the French Resistance which was very interesting. A great and enjoyable stay.

Delphine was so kind, she always answered in a matter of minutes. The appartment was super clean, the appliances were all very new and of good quality. What surprised me the most was how confortable de bed was, even better than some hotels. The appartment is very centre ville, literally two minute walk to bus, metro and bike station. You do have to be attentive to the water heater though as it has some system that heats just enough for two adults who shower fairly quickly. Nothing that bothered me too much though.

Great accommodation, very clean, spacious and ideal for a stay with family or a group. Peaceful neighborhood and located right next to the Rhône :) Marie is very nice and was very accommodating, allowing us to arrive earlier than expected. Thank you!

We had a great time at Dominique's place. Dominique is welcoming and caring. The apartment is as described, clean, bright, quiet, really very nice. We didn't have any more problems parking. Absolutely recommended

The apartment was newly furnished, spotless, and thoughtfully designed with a modern, minimalist touch. We especially appreciated the coffee machine and loved starting our mornings with a cup of coffee on the spacious balcony. The private underground parking was a big plus and made coming and going very easy. Located just 10 minutes from France Air Expo, it was the perfect base for our visit. Overall, we had a great stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful alternative to the busy town centre.
