The apartment (45m²+ private patio) is located on the banks of the Saône, a 5-minute walk from the historic old Lyon district. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), hillside of an old building on the bank of the Saône river, the building corridor is a little rustic (17th century). The apartment has been fully redesigned, keeping its authenticity. I made it my refuge, away from the hustle and bustle of Lyon. However, this place is not to everyone’s taste 😊. I describe later the pros & cons.

You will be 2 steps from the entrance to the magnificent Parc de la Tête d'Or, easy access, the accommodation is a 23-min walk from Part-Dieu train station, and 13 min by bus!

Forget your worries at this spacious place to stay with family or friends Fully equipped, and newly furnished, this house is bright and air-conditioned. On the ground floor living room, dining room, equipped kitchen, hanging toilet bathroom, 1 bedroom with double bed and its balneo for 2 people. Upstairs 2 bedrooms with 3 double beds. Each bedroom has a connected TV. Sofa bed convertible into a double bed. It is possible to accommodate 10 people. Large terrace with its superb view.
