Apartment vacation rentals in La Part-Dieu, Lyon

A beautiful cozy nest on the 2nd floor without elevator in a typical Lyon building. Large bed and large TVs in every room. We also had large windows to open and large "blackout" curtains perfect for us. A bonus, there is a music school next door and they play a nice atmosphere in the evening. We didn't miss anything on the equipment side. For a couple, I would recommend!

Ideally located, safe area with so much to see within walking distance. Especially the Botanical Gardens.

The apartment was clean and a great size for two people. It is also easily accessible by public transport. Great stay!

The best part of the apartment is the large balcony terrace. Beautiful view. Quiet neighborhood, close to transport.

We totally enjoyed our 2 night stay and regret not staying longer! The location of the apartment is incredible. You’ll be steps away from a city plaza with very close access to the subway. The apartment felt luxurious and the amenities were excellent. Highly recommended- we were thrilled!

This place was amazing! It fit our family of 5 (2 adults and 3 kids) perfectly. The location was spot on, walkable to everything, and the flat was beautiful! Welll maintained and well equipped! Catherine and her husband were extremely friendly and went out of their way to make sure we felt at home. Super easy check in/out as well. I would highly recommend!! I hope we can come back some day!

We stayed just for one night, but wished we were there longer. Such an amazing place, gorgeous and spacious terrace. It felt so homey and inviting, we will definitely be coming back soon 🫶 the location is very good too!

What a lovely apartment and what a fantastic location, right in the heart of Presqu'ile/Belcour - which means easy walking distance to eveything. As for our host Yannick - a true gentleman and nothing was too much trouble for him ! When we return to Lyon we won't bother looking around, we will simply hope that Yannick's apartment is available. I recommend this place: very pleasant appartment, quick easy access to transportation and good value for money. Check in was easy and Laura was very responsive.

Great, everything was in line with the listing, even the opinions of previous tenants were taken into account, 2 sets of towels, 4 coffee pods, frankly nothing to say, it's really classy, I recommend it 100%!

Beautiful little cocoon! Refined decoration, very clean accommodation, fully equipped kitchen, excellent quality bedding, a quality and very functional jacuzzi with a magnificent bathroom. We had a wonderful time out of time!

My spouse and I spent one night. We both loved the place. What to say? In addition, the jacuzzi is a real plus, a real moment of relaxation that we had, to spend a night the bed and everything soft, it's so comfortable, a kitchen equipped with everything you need. The TV that swivels is a big plus because from the kitchen, the living room, the jacuzzi and the bedroom, we can watch TV separately 😀 Great experience, I can't say anything more, everything was great and I highly recommend it and would be happy to do it again! Thanks to Arthur for his responsiveness and availability. Beautiful apartment. The hot tub did us good. Private parking available, so very convenient. Several transports nearby but we didn't use them as we had vehicles :)
