The cottage, which benefits from its independent entrance with direct access to the outdoor spaces of the enclosed area as well as to the shared, heated (in season) swimming pool, combines the charm of the old and the comfort of the modern. You will find a bright living room with open kitchen as well as a bedroom with a large double bed (180 x 200) open to its shower room.

You will be on the circuit of the Loire castles, and you can discover the vineyards of Anjou. Shops nearby in the village (300 m).
