Great accommodation. We went there for a weekend by the sea. And we had a great time there. Well located accommodation with the beach right next door, the market is a 10 min walk.

Jean-Pierre and Joëlle's apartment is ideally located 10 minutes' walk from the wild beach of Tanchet, in a quiet cul-de-sac with a parking space to park your vehicle. Very clean and comfortable, this studio has an outdoor table to sit and eat. we really enjoyed this stay where we were very well hosted. we recommend this cozy nest in this beautiful city of Sands!

Listing matches the photos. Quite well-equipped kitchen. Clear instructions, easy check-in and checkout. The proximity to the pool is nice for children (less so for a single couple looking for absolute calm). The accommodation is located in a vacation residence, the neighbors are close but it was quiet, the general atmosphere is very relaxed and good-natured. We had a lovely stay at Guylaine's!

Stay offered to my parents, they were delighted. Very friendly welcome by the owner, very clean, functional and very pleasant accommodation, good location. Perfect, they highly recommend it. All that was missing was the sun!

Family trip, accompanied by our 2 dogs. Welcoming and warm hosts. Water bottles in the fridge and a brioche were waiting for us in the accommodation. What a delicate touch. Clean and pleasant apartment. Quiet, peaceful location, where you can hear nature. My dogs loved the terrace and the environment. Downtown is within easy walking distance. Nice village. I would recommend this place and give it 5 stars!

The accommodation is perfect, worthy of a 4-star hotel. Everything is well thought out and done to feel good and have a pleasant stay. Probably one of the best Airbnbs I've ever had. I'd recommend it without a second thought.

We had a great stay with our two children. The area is very peaceful, I had the pleasure of walking / running around the nearby lake - it's a big plus :-) The stay went impeccably and we even ended with a BBQ on our private terrace. Our stay was a real favorite; from the island of Noirmoutiers but also this magnificent house offered by Marc and his wife, very helpful and attentive to us, thank you to them! The accommodation is in a great location, very comfortable and cozy. Great job on the beautiful decor! Everything is done on foot or by bike, a real vacation. We had a great weekend, the apartment is extremely well located with beautiful sea views. 2 steps from the beach and shops. Everything was perfect from the welcome to the handover of the keys on departure.

We had a wonderful stay, the apartment was very clean with everything you need available. Very good communication with Marie-Claude, and very well hosted by Sylvie on site, very smiling and pleasant! The plus with private parking is really ideal On foot, in 15 minutes, you can easily get to the beach and the city center. The port is a little further away at 25 min! I would 100% recommend this listing 😊

Guaranteed "ouaouh" effect qd vs discover the superb view of the beach and the embankment from this very beautiful apartment! Everything is there for a wonderful stay, the apartment is in addition one minute from the shopping streets and the pretty Penotte Island district (and 10 minutes' walk from the train station). You can access it either by a fairly steep staircase, or by a load lift that arrives directly from the apartment, the class! A little extra: a huge ultra comfortable rotating chair... The owner has booked a good welcome and was very accommodating for schedules. Anyway, we'll be back! 🙂
