In Studio 27, every detail was taken care of so that the guest feels at home away from home. It has an equipped kitchen, dining room, comfortable queen-size bed, with a 50-inch TV so you can enjoy your favorite series, it has a collection of photos of Tijuana, air conditioning, and the cherry on the cake is the spacious and modern bathroom. It has a washer and dryer outside the property. If you need an invoice, ask for it in advance and we will gladly give it to you.

Excellent apartment in the third stage of the Tijuana River, with access to the pool, jacuzzi and gym. The location is near the expressway, allowing you to reach Plaza Peninsula and Tijuana's main industrial areas in minutes. Walking distance to many restaurants, movie theaters, supermarkets, pharmacies, etc. For reference, you can walk to Clínica 1, Macroplaza, Plaza Chino, and Calle del Hambre. Also very close to the American consulate.

My stay at Benjamin's Airbnb was excellent. The place is in Río Tijuana 3a. Etapa, a very quiet and safe area, ideal for resting without being far from the hustle and bustle of the city. I felt comfortable from the moment I arrived. The location is super convenient, with quick access to main avenues, shopping malls, places to eat and everything you might need. In addition, the apartment is modern, clean and with all the amenities needed to have a good time. Benjamin was very attentive and you can tell that he cares about making the experience the best it can be. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Tijuana. Thank you for everything!

Everything was very good, just that to get there, you have to go to the gate control to get into the apartment, and do the same to leave. I think it can be optimized a little, but everything else is 10/10.
