Indeed, the heart of the farm is the breeding of racehorses, English thoroughbreds. And of the Pontremolese cow, a native heritage breed. We are immersed in the Crete Senesi, where every summer sunset is a delight. The countryside made of quietness that soothes, but not far from the town of Rapolano Terme and all related comforts.

The hamlet is surrounded by a 22 ha. of private park, olive yards and woods, which include a 20 m. swimming pool, tennis court, sauna, "bocce" court, as well as an open parking space. The nearest town, Monte San Savino, with full shopping, medical and other facilities is located at six km from Renaiolo. 35 km from Siena and 20 km from Arezzo.

Podere Pereti Nuovi – Modern Tuscan Villa

Podere I Pereti was entirely build by our grandfather Remo in the 1970's. My siblings and I spent most of our summers on the porch with our grandparents watching sunsets and admiring the view of the Val d'Orcia. Entirely surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. Nonno Remo, besides having a building company, proudly produced Orcia red wine that was consumed by the family. From the 150 olive trees, every November we filled our tanks with green gold olive oil.
