Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel dans cet appartement. L’hôte a été extrêmement professionnel et attentif à nos besoins. L’appartement est parfaitement situé, à proximité de toutes les commodités, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Je recommande vivement cet endroit à quiconque cherche un hébergement confortable et bien situé. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter

Best place in Tunis! You are super close to the airport and can grab a taxi at a fair price. The Wi-Fi is super fast, and the shower/bath has great hot water. The elevators can be aggressive, which can close on you if you are not quick enough. Nonetheless, the unit was spotless, with a fully stocked kitchen. Samira and the team were very attentive, with strong communication. The neighborhood is also quiet and safe. I would recommend it to friends and family. 10/10.

Salma ha sido más que una anfitriona, ha sido una amiga, es una mujer increíble que hará lo posible para que te sientas como en tu casa. el apartamento tiene todo lo necesario, la ubicación está muy bien, zona tranquila pero cerca de supermercados, cafeterías, restaurantes... 100% recomendable! Superbe appartement très cosy, de plus Hedi et Sabrina sont très accueillant et sympathique, je vous recommande fortement, même le quartier et sympas des cafés ouverts toutes la nuit ainsi que des supérette.

We really enjoyed our stay here. We stayed for a month and Fahd was a very nice host and anytime we needed anything or had any problems he was quick to help. It has a big open living room kitchen and dining room which is a great hangout spot. Very big TV as well. One thing to note is that it has two showers but only one toilet in a separate bathroom not attached to any of the rooms. The master living room also has a big window up high on the wall facing the living room. No one can really see in but it is a little strange and lets in light from the living room if people are in there. But neighbors were nice and it is a 5-10 minute taxi ride away from lots of restaurants, the beach, Roman baths, Carrefour, and other stores. Would recommend as we enjoyed our stay. Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub in Tunesien. Wir wurden sehr freundlich von Mohamed empfangen, er hat extra auf uns gewartet für den Check in. Bereits vor Reiseantritt stand er stets für alle unsere Fragen zur Verfügung. Die Unterkunft war ein Traum, alles war wie beschrieben vorzufinden, sogar noch schöner als auf den Bildern. Der Balkon lädt zum entspannen ein und wir konnten dort einige Sonnenuntergänge genießen. Das Bad war sehr hell und sauber, alles war liebevoll für uns vorbereitet. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist optimal und zentral zu allen wichtigen Ortschaften in Tunis. Zum Strand sind es keine 5 Minuten mit dem Auto und der nächste Supermarkt ist bereits zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir haben uns wirklich gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Gerne wieder!

Die Wohnung ist ein orientalischer Traum! Wunderschön und liebevoll gestaltet auf drei Etagen mit allem was das Herz begehrt, einschließlich lauschiger Dachterrasse. Zentrumsnah und doch ruhig gelegen. Der nette Herr, der uns die Wohnung übergeben hat, hatte zudem gute Gastrotipps auf Lager. Empfehlung: Frühstück im Café inmitten des nahegelegenen Parks von Sidi Bouzid. Vielfältig und Riesenportionen!

Ma famille a passé un séjour fantastique dans cet Airbnb proche de la plage. La maison était absolument merveilleuse ! Le décor authentique et la couleur bleue de Sidi Bou Said font des merveilles ! L'endroit était impeccablement nettoyé et bien rangé, ce qui les a mis à l'aise dès leur arrivée. La gentillesse et la disponibilité de la dame Kenza ont été très appréciées, elle était toujours là pour les aider en cas de besoin. Ils recommandent vivement cette expérience, et ils ont hâte de revenir bientôt ! Dommage que je n'étais pas avec eux, je visiterai cet Airbnb sans aucun doute !

Votre logement très propre, literie et linge lit de très haute qualité. ❤️ Dommage que la troisième chambre n'est pas pourvue un grand lit !😉 Climatisation partout 😃 2 salles de bain ( salle d'eau ,douche à l' Italienne ) et une avec baignoire. Logement à la hauteur de nos attentes. Merci 🙏🏻

Kaïs s’est montré très réactif et agréable, avec une arrivée très souple. Le logement correspond parfaitement à la description et est très bien situé pour ceux qui veulent accéder rapidement à Carthage, La Marsa et Sidi Bou Saïd. On garde l’adresse !

great location with a lot of space. we enjoyed the patio and did some cooking in the kitchen. just a couple blocks from la marsa beach and all the shops and restaurants. also very easy to park! thanks to hela and Mrs Sonia for a pleasant stay!

Seule petite difficulté j’ai eu du mal à avoir accès à la boîte à clé 🔑 avec ma petite taille 😅 et qui est très proche du murée de la porte hhh ! The accommodation is at a fair price. The neighbourhood is very safe. The view is incredible. The host was the nicest I've ever met. They gave us useful recommendations about what to visit and they were very flexible about the check out. Great experience overall. I would toatally recommend!

Le logement était propre, identique aux photos et très cosy! Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans le logement de Chema. Les restaurants sont à proximités, le logement est bien situé pour visitez un peu partout sans faire trop de route, et un magasin alimentaire se trouve juste au coin de la rue. Le jardin était un vrai plus et nous avons adoré prendre notre petit-déjeuné sur la terrasse. De plus, Chema est très accueillante et très réactive en cas de besoin! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir passer un prochain séjour dans ce logement.

Excellent logement pratique, très propre et très bien placé à la Marsa. Je le recommande à tout voyageur solo ou couple qui veut un logement central. Chaima était parfaitement réactive 👍🏽

J’ai passé un excellent séjour chez Zahmoul ! Le logement était parfaitement propre, bien équipé et très confortable…. L’accueil a été chaleureux. L’emplacement est top, calme et proche de tout ce qu’il faut. Je recommande à 100 % et je n’hésiterai pas à revenir. Merci encore !

This flat is huge and calm. There is anything one needs there for staying and spending time there. Clean, and secure. Would definitely recommend it.
