Vacation rentals with a patio in La Livinière

A haven of peace in the heart of the city. We had a real crush on this oasis of greenery and tranquility. We would have stayed more than one night! Barbara's instructions for finding the apartment were very clear and it was a real plus to be able to leave our bikes on the terrace. The bedding is comfortable and the sheets are soft! We recommend this place.

Weekly stay in Servian. Comfortable accommodation as described. It is perfectly equipped for a pleasant stay. Very quiet and peaceful place. The supermarket is a stone's throw away and the center of Servain is 1 km away. A very charming city center typical of the area.

Very good stay at Emmanuelle's. If you are looking for rest, this is the right place, nice apartment, clean, quiet, functional, with garden not far from the beach. And if you want to have fun, there's everything you need nearby. We'll be back with pleasure. 😍

The apartment was quiet, spacious and well-equipped with a strategic geographical location for visiting caves, museums, the city of Carcassone, the Canal du Midi, beautiful hiking loops...

Easy to find, clean, matches the photos, peaceful and quiet to rest. The only concern is that to park there is not necessarily space everywhere so you can walk a little but nothing extremely far I would recommend it

Pleasant host during our short stay, clean house that offers plenty of products (rice, cocoa, salt, pepper, toilet paper, shower gel, hair dryer, towels, dishwashing liquid….) very nice if you forgot to bring them from home I recommend it and would love to come back if the opportunity arises.

We had a very nice week, total disconnection, this small house is very nice and very well equipped, the spa is also very pleasant. The owner's little touches are also very nice when you arrive.

Great 3 day weekend at Fred & Josy's. Accommodation matches the photos: clean, tastefully decorated, well-equipped. I was not able to take advantage of the terrace, but in summer it must be great! Fred and Josy are welcoming and available for any requests. The area is very quiet with access to the beach and supermarkets in 5 minutes by car. Comfort: place to park in the property with a secure and automated gate. Recommended!

Quiet peaceful location Great views Great for doggy walks House is fully kitted with everything you might need for any long and short stay. Basics available in the kitchen and bathroom are extremely appreciated. We didn’t get to use the pool and hot tube but surely a fantastic option to enjoy during warmer months. If you are deciding on staying cold winter months - note that the heating is probably slightly under equipped for the size of the house.

This place is very well located, quiet and a short walk to the beach. The house is spacious and well equipped, with a very pleasant outdoor terrace for eating out. We had a lovely stay at Celine's!

We were hosted very well, the hosts had taken care to put water and a melon in the fridge for our arrival. The apartment is in a good location, we were able to do everything on foot. Communication is very easy. We recommend these truly caring hosts.

We had a very nice week in a clean and very well-equipped apartment. A big plus for the shaded terrace and the delicious figs! The accommodation is very well located, close to beaches, shops and the port. Everything is in walking distance. What a pleasure!
