Very cozy new house with capacity for two families 2 minutes walking to the beach. We only rent to family groups with children. It has very good orientation so it comes sun all day in winter and summer. No need to use the car as it is very close to the beach and at the same time to warehouses, cafes and restaurants. We are very careful and concerned about our house and so we would like people who want to stay to take care of it too.

From this 2 person accommodation located in the spa of Maitencillo you can walk to the craft fair, restaurants, it has direct beach access. There are several shopping venues nearby and the Tottus supermarket. You can enter the beach, it does not have parking but you can leave your vehicle parked on the main street. There is a TV but no cable. You can use it as a monitor with your computer. We don't have wifi either.
